Is smart work really for everyone?

You've said it all, you need the hardwork money for starter, atleast before venturing into something you will need money so if you don't have anyone that can help you there will be some difficulty.

Even if you have a master plan you will still need the funds to push the plan into action, so it's better to be exposed to both hard work and also smart work, one needs the other to make something meaningful today.

The only way that hardworking can pay is if the salary is very heavy, and such works are not very common like others, they always require special skills.

You are right. There are some people who believe that only hard work pays, while for others, smart work does. In most cases, it is better for people to have both, as life might not always give them what they are expecting and both smart and hard work can be helpful to them. However, people have their own opinions on which one they believe will be more useful to them, as they won't have to regret their decision later. Both smart work and hard work have their own benefits to offer in people's lives.

The people who needs to be Working smartly are even those who are starting from the scratch, because for anyone to make it to the top at any point in time, then a high level of smart work needs to be applied. Because when it comes to wealth creation the solution is smart work. Hard work is good but there is an extent to which you can make progress, when you don't think about working smartly.

So smart work is for everyone not only for some person's alone. It's left for individuals to choose which of the two to follow.

Smart work comes in different forms and there ar some that requires you to start by having money, this is the reason why a lot of rich people don't really need to do much because all they have to do is put themselves in a position where their money makes more money for them while they are asleep. There is also a type of smart work that involves working online, you don't have to be rich to be able to do these  all that is required of you is having a skill set that is needed. Smart work or hard work can both be productive and it's for everyone.

That's true. Some people still manage to succeed in life with their hard work, but just as you have said, it is good for one to be smart when looking for quicker results. I also think discipline is important because it helps one avoid making mistakes even when things are not going as planned, and helps one stick to their plans. Anyway, people have different ways of achieving their goals in life because some people may not succeed despite all their efforts. Sometimes, luck and connections are all that people need in life to succeed. But they still have to do their part.

We are all familiar with the phrase or statement "WORK SMART NOT HARD" but the fact is that this isn't going to work for eveyone. If you are someone that's trying to build wealth from ground zero or from scratch you need to work hard because you are building from nothing. A lot of wealthy people only talk about working smart because they are speaking from their point of view, the ones that built from the bottom worked hard and when they finally got to that point where they want to be they sustain it by working smart. I would start from the fact that whole phrase is just vague point of view. It doens't necessarily even mean that you could apply it in your job, no matter how "smart" that idea is.

It's a concept that you shouldn't work yourself to death, if you can find a smarter and more efficient way to do things. But thing is that if you are working for someone in a factory for example. It doesn't make much sense for you to figure out how to be more productive with less effort.

Because you are working within the rules you are given and if you give that idea to your boss on how to improve the output, that just means there's less need for workers, when they can get more with less.

People who start their businesses from the scratch, they need to work hard and work smart. Both are important, we can't only tent to work smart only because it doesn't work for certain businesses. We can't think that each business must prefer to work smart, it is just in theory. In reality, it can be quite different, I know it because I have experienced myself. I ever built my own business and I focused on smart work, it totally failed.

So smart work is for everyone not only for some person's alone. It's left for individuals to choose which of the two to follow.

Of course, smart work must be for everyone. But we can't do smart work only, we must also keep hard working because it also determines the success in our own businesses. We must also have the ability to adjust the approach in managing our businesses.

Hardworking can pay massively too, but the majority isn't worth it, I still respect skills and smartness than hardworking though, and it also depends on the country you are from, some countries have good jobs and salaries while others don't, specifically we from Africa, hardworking in Africa is not worth it, they pay too less for heavy works but they respect skills than anything else, adding smartness gets you there faster, that's why you must add it, I believe smart working should be generally for everyone.

Why can't it be both?

Work smart while working hard.
Many of us want that wealth so we can live in peace at the right time. Fewer problems, thanks to financial stability and a retirement that will not make us worry about where we want to spend our money. Still, there are people who work hard but cannot achieve what they really want. Construction workers, factory workers, and a lot of employed people work hard their entire lives, and yet that is their limit. Wealth seems to avoid them, but do note that without them, these hardworking owners and employers may not have their great wealth either. It's part of the balance.

Smart choice is a matter of choice, because many people just work, work hard but they are not working smart, why? even though most of them still remain in their comfort zone of poverty.
That is why there are other people don't get the point were being hardworking is not enough for us to become success.

in the case, achieving dreams does not only require hard work or in any business we do, we must also be in a system so that our hard work is not wasted,

Honestly, I don’t agree with that. Even if you’re working hard, you still need to work smart. You need a plan and a strategy because what’s the point of stressing yourself so much if there’s an easier and more effective way to get the same result?
I feel like people confuse working smart with looking for shortcuts. You can’t just have a plan and expect things to happen without putting in the work, but working hard without a good strategy can also be exhausting or you won’t get good results. For me, both go hand in hand. You need to work hard and work smart.
