Most times work is not said to be done by over hardworking but it depends on the kind of strategies you're using to enable you reach your target, without strategies you might find things difficult for yourself even if you don't have the full idea perhaps with the little knowledge you have and also being consistent. Thou they're works that requires effort before you can get through it, especially if you're still a newbie you will have to work very hard to rank up, both is necessary smart and hardworking.
Smart work and hard work are not opposites of each other, but consistent work with the right strategy increases the chances of getting good results. Everyone considers working in the sun and sweating as hard work, but using the brain for a long time to create new strategies or plans or discovering something new in the laboratory is not considered hard work.To me, both are equally hard work.There is no need to choose one between smart work and hard work because both are important for success.
The right strategy helps us to make the best use of our time and effort and hard work helps to implement that strategy. So for me, the most effective method for success in any work [be it investing in Bitcoin or building our own career] is a combination of the right strategy, consistency and necessary effort.
