I watched this news recently as two more supposedly winners did come out because they saw also in the news regarding the topic of this post. I cant believed there are still more cases not shown or not been news flash about this. Maybe I tend to agree on what you said to avoid these local gambling platform and we can just use the crypto platform weve seeing here in forum cause we cant be able to win at the fairest method they will offer. Philippines should change the leaders or heads handling thr Pagcor and mayne better if we change our oousy President sooner.

I am not on casino side, but if there are two more jackpot winners, then maybe it really be that there is place for glitch to happen in game? According to probability theory, could jackpots be so often? I think that if jackpots happen so often, then there might be something wrong with game algorithm. You might be right, that's what it is called jackpot because seldom we only see that happening. But if it happening in either ArenaPlus or BingoPlus then it's no longer a glitch for me. I don't know, but me and my friends used to discussed on that BingoPlus winner a few years ago and it seems that we have a news black eye as I can't find any update on his being a Filipino.

But in terms of promotions both of them are getting our local actresses to promote their casino and pay them in millions. But when someone win big, they say it's a glitch, how ironic it is.

Didn't see that one or maybe I missed the news, also I can't find any reliable article discussing about that two winners.

But if its really true then its truly weird. Since maybe that one could justify that there's a glitch happening in their site. Also maybe they really do such scheme on regular basis and those affected people don't have capabilities to spread out the case happening to them.

And I'm thinking that better to advise anyone not to play on their casino. If there's good proof to point out that, they are not paying their players win legitimately huge amount in their casino.

You can watch the news on our local news channel here. It is a 1 day old news and I was also shocked when I found out that other winners won more than a year ago but still hasn't got any of their jackpot money. This shows me how our local casino easily escapes from their gamblers who won big. I'm sure that casino owners doesn't want this to go public but it's too late for them as big news outlets are covering these news to the main stream media.

They should be rattled because they are being promoted by PAGCOR amidst scamming their gamblers. I'm pretty much sure that there's an under the table deal between PAGCOR and these casino since PAGCOR is basically promoting them as well as not making them liable on incidents like this.

I hope that we can see more of these victims and file a legal complaint against these casinos who use "System Glitch" reason for them not to honor the gamblers winnings.

I just saw a news on social media that a user of ArenaPlus PH one of the Philippines newest and famous Sportsbetting gaming platform has denied a user of its winning amounting to P433million or approximately $6 million. The said user has asked for help with the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) to claim their prize. He also seek guidance from a Lawyer and according to the news, shown a screenshot or evidence that he won but the platform customer service says its only a glitch.



But as per the Lawyer, its a binding agreement and the platform should pay the user as he win on the said game. Stating that the evidence has been documented well. Will he get his prize for this? What happened in the event that NBI found them guilty. I bet the user will gave a huge reward for the Lawyer who handle this if the prize got claimed.

Im using this platform for sports event and if this issue would not be resolve then many will doubt this platform authencity to their users.

This people are crazy and even either the lawyer that has being hired  on this case, the PAGCOR will surely want to protect them and the case will be favour Arenaplus PH because they are the regulatory body to them, you see the level of scam in casinos nowadays that's why alot of people don't trust them because it's created to favour the bookmarkers than the gamblers who are playing the games.

Maybe what they meant is that there should be no big winners here, meaning, even if they promoted that there is supposed to be a jackpot, it can't be hit by anyone. It's only way to attract gamblers to play with their tons of money and try to chase that jackpot.

But then someone won and so their program or their algorithm didn't work as design, LOL. And now they are hiding on the reasons that there was a technical glitch in their side and that the individual shouldn't won. It's acceptable that it's a glitch but this is a massive glitch that needs some type of compensation to the player, casinos shouldn't be having a glitch like that, let's say the gambler helped them found a glitch so they still needs to compensate the gambler anyways, it's just that Philippines is well known for their casino and gambling fraudulent activities, there are too many stories like this online where gamblers hit a jackpot and got denied, the solution is on to create a new kind of law that says casinos will be fine if glitches occures only after a gambler hits a jackpot, what do you guys think?

All of these betting websites include one hidden term within the terms and condition section of theirs that in case of malfunction of software or system glitch, the payment may be canceled. So no matter whatever pressure the lawyers or NBI put on them, they are always going to hide themselves behind this clause.

Thats where this topic already going. [Ongoing Law Suit] as far as the Lawyer can help the victim here then they will push and pursue the issue about the denial of winning claims. However I honestly not confident it will be a good ending story for the winner as this casino is regulated by Pagcor ( one of the government entity) which cant be trusted as govt plays not by the rule but under the table negotiations.

This scenario is unfair cause probably I can only imagine that the case were like this "The PAGCOR (friend) of the Court (Judge) will favor the Casino ( Close friend with money benefits) over a stranger (victim).
