Traders have different ways to analyze the market since we are using previous data. If you are watching the market live, those areas or zones that are supposed to be support and resistance still react when the market hits that price.

If you have a long-term plan, that's a different story since we know already that every cycle of Bitcoin price increase you should invest in without worrying much about the news and possible scenarios you see from the chart.

In trading I don't stick with Bitcoin; my plan and strategy won't work on Bitcoin unless you trade with different coins. Currently I'm not fit to trade with Bitcoin; that is why I switched to ZEC before and am now trading with SUI and NEAR because I only trade with the bias trending market, not the consolidation where it happens generally with Bitcoin, and volatility is not worth it using some measurements. It's not worth trading in short term so it's not good for future trading. Who does daily trades unless the funding fees keeps cheaper.

I agree that nobody knows the future, but if history has taught us anything, it's the fact that you will be on the right side of the market more often if you are net long or you buy. And if we want to think about it, it's only through uncertainty that you will make money. If everyone knew Bitcoin's future, then everybody would be rich.

Imo, as long as you are on the right side of the market (for Bitcoin) and you don't get greedy, you will win more often than you lose.

Those who don't have patience will not understand how this is important in investing in bitcoin. They will only look at the success stories of the holders who have made so much money from holding.

You don't need a manual if you are not day trading, but those day traders they need every relevant detail as the market moves based on news speculation etc. i know not many of us here are day traders so some cannot relate but since you talk about no manual, the best fit for that is long term holding, because you just have to trust Bitcoin to change your future, and trusting it means you will not panic when something happens as it's normal, as we know Bitcoin has died many times but is still standing until now..

Well, I think you can also speculate on future price not only by depending on historical data but on upcoming regulations, adoptions, and so on. For example, if Clarity Act is passing, the price could potentially go up even further.

Depending solely on historical data only true if you are day traders, you trade daily and news about regulation and adoption don't often come by that fast. I used historical data to invest but I reinforced the thesis with current fundamental and upcoming development, for example I invested into ETH because i'm seeing a good conviction from BitMine and upcoming ethereum improvement proposal.

Yea, financial success takes time before one is able to achieve it, if someone that experiences it suddenly, it is then luck, probably the person won a jackpots or take a decision that gave them unexpected result just within a short period of time. It is very risky in trading because the losses will be so big if one tries to chase successe faster and it's only luck that can make it faster. For example, I watched a video where one guy said he made a huge profit from trading out of luck, he took the short position during a bear season and slept off, by the time he woke up, he was seeing a very huge profit and had to close the trade.

It is wise for one to risk what they can afford to let go and also consider having good risk management skill, else the person will keep losing money. Perhaps, holding is more recommended than trading.

This is right, that patience is needed to hodl bitcoin for the long time or trade it profitably. If you lack the patience then the asset phenomenon of bitcoin won't be felt for the person. For such person that lacked patience, criticism will be there purpose but whether criticism or not, it is not of importance for bitcoin. So just as we are aiming to invest in bitcoin, we should also understand the fluctuating nature of bitcoin so that we don't become impatient to sell in losses. I believe we really need to study bitcoin historical data, halving, highs and lows of bitcoin. This will help to know when and time to exit.

Still, it's nice to read some speculations from other members and the prediction that they try which sometimes are correct. It may not be 100 percent, but like us, they are also looking at historical data to assume where the Bitcoin price will go.

If it were possible to predict the price of Bitcoin, then many people would have become rich overnight from Bitcoin, but I have not received any such news so far. That means it is not possible to accurately predict Bitcoin in exchange for anything. We can only form our expectations based on past data, I think it is not possible to guess.

Things that worked in the past can fail completely now, particularly when Bitcoin is influenced by new factors like ETFs, interest rate policy, regulation, and global sentiment that did not exist before.

My personal favorite of the rules is "only use money that doesn't scare you". Many people lose money not because their analysis is wrong, but because they used money they thought was "cold money" but actually couldn't afford to lose, such as borrowed money, loan repayments, or emergency funds, and then had to sell at the bottom. Yet a 30-40% correction is normal for Bitcoin.

Another minor point I'd like to include: Some people really are consistently profitable, but they usually talk about risk management and discipline, not about knowing the exact price in the future. Sorry, I am going a little off topic here, but after reading your first point about old data/historical data, I realized we are so dependent on it that AI is replacing books, and not just replacing them. I heard the AI companies are feeding those books into AI and then burning them, meaning they are getting rid of such data. The plan is known as Project Panama. I have not read it in complete detail, but it sounds like controlling information. And we are also getting information from centralized platforms, mostly from TradingView.

Anyway, what I was saying is, maybe there is a need for everyone to start building their own TradingView using AI. It must not be that hard, idk, maybe it will be hard haha.
