Must everyone venture into business?

The discussion about being employed and making a business has its pros and cons, which one will work for us should be sticked with.
Although there will be a time that we'll try to find something new if we feel stuck onto the trade we're at.

Yep , that's what I mean. Working for someone else and running your own business both come with their own pros and cons, there is more than one road to financial stability or getting rich. Same goes for people, we have all got our own skills and strengths.

Don't assume running a business is the only way to get rich just because social media is full of success stories. Boxing yourself in like that, you'll end up missing  the opportunities that actually suit you.

We owe ourselves the responsibility of recognizing that which will actually suits us, most people miss this only to be following the crowd and without direction and purpose, yes running a business or a particular specialization is never the only way to get rich or financial stability, by human experience what works for me might not work for you and that explains the fact that everyone must not actually go in to business, let's say every one can get in to business but not everyone can be successful.

Actually this question is a bit weird knowing that lot of people are looking for a diverse way of earning an income, whereby they would be looking for business to do in other to sustain themselves. But one question I keep asking is that “must everyone venture into business“?

It isn't a weird question, it is just a common question. Sure, people have varied ways to get money, so it isn't a must to involve in business. Only people who assume they have the skills in managing and developing business, they deserve to venture to business. Meanwhile people who assume they have lack of the skills, it is better to find out another way to get their income.

The reason why I draw this question was as a result of someone I knew too well that wasn’t able to maintain the business he owned. Every two years he kept jumping from business to another yet no results to show up about becoming successful through that business.

Besides the mentality reason, he may still not get the suitable business for him. It is important to analyze first which business that may be suitable for us before we start the business. So, we won't easily give up because we are happy with the business. Also, we must be ready with our mentality once we start a business because they must be too many challenges. Especially if we build the business from the scratch.

What contribution you would you give to someone like this?

Just give a proper advice to him if he is really your close person!
He needs advice and the support from the people closest to him. But he must realize that he must learn from the mistake he ever did. So, he also needs to evaluate his approach in building businesses previously.

Business isn't the only way to earn money cause people comes with different skills and interests. Some people are good at business while others can achieve successful in jobs or other works. If someone fails in business then they should find out their previous mistakes and should gather more knowledge and experience before restart the business.
 I think business isn't as easy as people think cause  it needs dedication and patience as the success doesn't come overnight. However people should choose their profession based on their skills and interests instead focusing only on business

At times many experience failure in business but because the neglect the importance of starting all over again they find it difficult finding solutions to their problems. 
The best and only solution to failure is identification of the reason behind our failures,  than alone can one find the possible solution and maybe know if its our gift handling businesses.

There is one thing i was told by my mother,  she made me to understand that winners never quit and quitters never win. Even with constant failure quitting should be the last option because each failure brings in experience that will be helpful to the person in time to come

I am not against with what you have said, I agree with it as well.
As for diversifying resources, for normal employees. There's not that much for them to diversify except their own time and skills.
Other than that, they have to save first before they can diversify.

Let's agree that diversifying sources of income could help reduce dependence on a single resource. Most countries have monthly salary employees who can improve their financial stability by exploring different income resources. They already have some good options. For example, the stock market offers growth opportunities, in addition to crypto trading in the same field, which can also be profitable if done smartly. You can also do farming in rural areas. It is also rewarding.

Yep, let's both agree to that.
With the current status of global economy lately, one source isn't enough to stay afloat.
So, as much as we can have other sources of income and invest it to appreciate its value, the better.

Putting ourselves in one place might be good as comfort zone.
But if we want to grow, there's always the other path for it but it won't be easy as we think.

For me I don’t think everyone is suppose to go into business why is because some people are best suited for employment purpose while other people have the skill na mindset of doing business. In the end all that matters is for financial stability. Sometimes getting a job, learning a skill and building savings before trying a business sometimes is a smarter move.

But come on , that's easier said than done . Especially  when you've put your heart, all your money into a business and only to watch it fail.

Not everyone has the resources to pick themselves backup and start over. Failure can teach you a lot. But  that doesn't mean persistence  guarantees success.

Businesses isn't for everyone, many people can practice businesses but not everyone will become successfull with business, the problem here is most people want to do what others are doing.

Many people don't like building their own skill from scratch, they prefer copying other people until they find out that it's not what they have in mind,

Smart people likes figuring something out for themselves, you need to detect your own talent first before you start anything, make sure you are good at one thing, become a specialist and your service will always be needed.

The truth is that every business requires some level of zealousness before you can scale through, and understanding the type of business you want to do is also very important for you to be able to be successful. People jump from one business to another because they have not really figured out the type of business they can do to become successful, they look at what other people are doing, and pick interest not considering what is involved in that business. If you want to be successful in a business, you have to know the things you can do, and the ones you cannot do. For instance, there are some business that will require movement from one point to another while some requires you to station at one place, consider the one that suits you most before going into it.

Yes, It is not necessary that what leads to one person's success will also prove to be better and beneficial for another person.Therefore we should not think that if one person is successful we will also take the same path so perhaps we will achieve success.Doing business seems easy while in reality having money is not enough for a business. For this hard work patience  consistency and the ability to make the right decisions are also required. Many people start a business but not everyone is able to achieve success.This is not because they do not work hard but because they make wrong decisions change in circumstances and lack of experience.Instead of imitating others a person should understand their own capabilities and what they can do better because a person can only succeed in something that they have the courage to do with their own decisions.

One thing failure does to most people which is wrong is that they will began to think less about them self, this can be overwhelming and while they could think that given up is the best thing they could do which is still very bad, when you fail you should look more at the positive impact of it which is apparently learning from it and become a better version of yourself, more strategic and ready to over whatever brought about the failure, I agree with you that majority that has made today had an urgly past through the journey of their success, given up is not always a good option instead you try more harder.

Doing business seems easy while in reality having money is not enough for a business.

Having money is enough to do a business but not everyone is for doing business. And I think for the contents made about doing business made it look like easy for its viewers when we all know that the reality of it is not. That's the reason why many people who are new to the business doesn't anticipate the worse when they enter having a business. They have to expect about the worse possible outcome while doing their best to make it successful. Anyone who ventures in a business have a strong heart just like the investors who are not afraid when the market suddenly rattles.

I don't think everyone needs to venture into business, especially that some business types require a person interacting with other people of which not everyone has it in them to do this..When you talk of business you are talking about providing a service or product, and if everyone goes into this who will be the consumer  but thinking about it more, I think one way or another we all might be in the business selling something..
