Which feature do you like most of Bitcoin?

While all of BTC's features are great, the main draw is its decentralization. If btc weren't decentralized, even with its many other features, it wouldn't be valuable. However, I admire you for creating such a beautiful BTC illustration

If you think about it, it's hard to see any drawbacks to BTC other than when the internet and electricity go out. It's no surprise that many large companies are buying BTC, seeing it as a valuable digital asset. Even with BTC price fluctuations and bearish and bullish markets, it's one of the most appealing aspects of BTC. For wise people, rising BTC is certainly a pleasant experience, and falling BTC prices are also a pleasant experience for some, as they can scoop up BTC from the bottom and hold it for the long term

Well, there are some drawbacks or cons in Bitcoin as well, and the most disturbing one is probably the fact that the network gets too congested sometimes. I know, it doesn't happen all the time, but when it happens, it becomes pretty difficult for people to make normal Bitcoin transactions, because you obviously wouldn't want to pay very high fees for normal transactions, like paying $5 for a $20 transaction, which is 25% of the total amount, and that's outrageous.

However, as I said, it's not that big of a problem because it doesn't exist all the time, but since it happens from time to time, it can be considered a drawback or a con within the Bitcoin network or blockchain. Other than this, I also can't think of a drawback. People can make things up, but their claims aren't true. Decentralized nature of Bitcoin has made it one of a kind in the current era, we could never think that we will one day have a decentralized financial asset that we can use to keep our funds as well as transfer them to others without any involvement of a third-party.

Bitcoin comes with lot of features and one of the best feature of Bitcoin is that it allows people control over their own money. People don't need to use bank of another company for bitcoin transaction which is useful feature especially when someone wanna sending money go people in about an country. Personally the feature I like most about Bitcoin is decentralization.

‎Decentralization means that no single individual or  bank, or any official authority has total control over the system.
‎The most interesting part of Bitcoin I cherish  is that anyone can send and receive bitcoin globally with a good internet connection without seeking permission from traditional financial institution.

‎This give people the mindset of believing and trusting Bitcoin globally.

The fact that nobody can sit and call control of bitcoin is one thing that makes me love it more and also the fact that with the look of things, bitcoin can't ever fall back to zero which from my own experience and understanding, no matter how much you invest in the coin, as long as you're not reading it and just holding it, there is always a certainty that it will rise again no matter how long it stays dip.

...You can own very small amounts of Bitcoin, making it more accessible for those with less money to participate. But that doesnt make Bitcoin cheaper or change its price. Buying 0.01 btc instead of 1 btc doesn't mean you are buying cheaper asset. 

Whether bitcoin is expensive or cheap really depend on your own financial situation and goals.

Truth, it's very expensive for many especially the poor and some middle class but the point remains that Bitcoin gives everyone the opportunity to own some of it, that someone isn't capable of buying 1 Bitcoin doesn't mean the little the person buy is useless, he/she can buy in fractions according to their financial status, hold it and make meaningful amount of money that could change their financial status in future, as far as Bitcoin maintenance it's progressive nature overtime.

Well i would say censorship resistance and true ownership, which brings about decentralization. Basically scarcity is what makes Bitcoin more valuable, but then values are determined by worth, trust, tolerance, and true ownership, and by prioritizing self custody, an enthusiast becomes responsible with his or her assets.That said one major thing I find amazing the most is that fact that Bitcoin isn't restricted by means of corruption like racism or international barriers except if the country chooses not to allow it. Still millions of people around the world have gained the right to make international transactions without the help of any third party, no ID verification, and so on. Now to the question of this thread: What do you find best about Bitcoin? There are so many and they all make up the uniqueness of Bitcoin.

My personal best feature is Bitcoin's limitation to 21 million pieces. There will never be more Bitcoin and that makes Bitcoin ultimately rare. Real rarity can only exist in mathematics and in the digital space. No one can change the code of Bitcoin and the 21 million Bitcoin are cemented in this code. This makes Bitcoin scarcer than gold, where there is no upper limit which can be mined at most. For Bitcoin, the limit is 21 million, which will not be reached until 2140.

Personally, I like Bitcoin's decentralized and censorship-resistant design. This is what makes it unique, among other coins of its kind. There are so many altcoins on the market overhyped because of their cost-effectiveness and high performance, but none of them can outmatch Bitcoin's level of security and resiliency. Decentralization is sacred. It's the reason why BTC has been so successful from day one.

Besides that, I also find Bitcoin's "programmability" attractive compared to Fiat. With the power of sidechains and L2, you can use Bitcoin way beyond financial transactions. Can you do this with Fiat? No. At least, not yet. Let's just hope Bitcoin doesn't get "ruined" by greedy developers and/or corporations in the long run. Only time will tell...

What I really find interesting about bitcoin is that you can send money across borders without needing any bank to approve the transaction, for somebody that is living in a country where banking services are limited or expensive, it can make a real difference. But I think people also need to understand that controlling your own money comes with responsibility, if lose your private keys or seed phrase there might be no way to recover your money. It gives people more financial freedom but they need to learn how to protect that freedom

Well, I don't know if I should say this or not, but it's pretty unfortunate that most people nowadays barely care about what you said at the end about how Bitcoin gives them the freedom to control and manage their finances compared to fiat currencies and traditional financial systems where you are bound to follow specific rules and do things according to what the system asks you to do. Even if the money is yours and you have proof for it, you are still not allowed to use them the way you want and whenever you want when you are using traditional financial systems, and that sucks.

With Bitcoin and self-custody, you are not bound to comply with any system or submit or sign a bunch of paperwork only to make a transaction, and you are not asked to visit them multiple times only to verify their doubts just because you made a large deposit or someone else did it in your account. They can even close your account and confiscate your funds without your consent because they say they have the right to do so. With Bitcoin, you don't face any of these things, but as I said, most people don't even understand this.

Sending money across boarders seamlessly is a great feature but thinking about the decentralization feature of Bitcoin is just something like none other, not having to depend on a financial institution  whether your money can move or not. Even though this also means that there’s no customer service and so there’ll be no one to complain to about any losses or issues since you’re 100% in control of everything. But that shouldn’t be any issue as long as you apply discretion and caution in everything you do, you shouldn’t have any problems.

Your long-term thinking is logical. Of course, so far it seems that the price of Bitcoin will not fall to zero. It even seems that even if the price is down, it will rise again at some point. But the problem is that many people want to hold it for the long term, but they cannot do so due to their incorrect money management. Again, many people only try to find short-term profits. Some of those who try to make profits in the short term can make profits, but most of them have to face losses due to their mistakes. Especially when trying to make profits in the short term, you have to make repeated decisions, which is why it is not uncommon to lose money. However, no matter how good the investment is in the long term, it is better not to give guarantees. Because you may sell it before you can hold it for that long. That is why it is said to invest with money that can be left untouched for many years.

Now to the question of this thread: What do you find best about Bitcoin? There are so many and they all make up the uniqueness of Bitcoin.

What’s for sure the best feature that makes me increasingly trust Bitcoin as a future asset is that Bitcoin is entirely P2P, without banks or third parties. Through blockchain, anyone can send Bitcoin assets directly, anywhere, anytime, without permission or intermediaries. This also creates a decentralized system that is hard to disrupt or censor while making transactions irreversible which is also a high security aspect for the receiver though it still requires caution from the sender. 

Of course, the strongest point of all is still what you said, because Bitcoin has a fixed and limited supply. This scarcity makes Bitcoin a rare asset and even gives it potential as a store of value becoming more apparent over time. So indeed, it’s the combination of decentralization and scarcity that makes Bitcoin increasingly interesting and unique in my eyes.

my own favorite feature is censorship resistance through self custody.
Scarcity is a great thing but it meaning nothing if government or bank can freeze up your funds. The very fact that anyone can safe guard their own seed phrase even with the use of DIY stainless steel washer backup, becoming your own self bank without going to ask for any permission is what makes Bitcoin being truly revolutionary.

I like the most about Bitcoin is the feeling of being true owner of my own fund. The ability to say 'fk of' to banks make me feel proud and unique to others.

When peoples money gets stuck in bank and they cannot withdraw it I don't have to worry about that because I can withdraw the currency I hold whenever I want.

Actually I like Bitcoin not for just one specific reason but because all its features combined make it the best currency.
