And would they then start demanding IDs from people so they could play? My conclusion was always the same: they wouldn't do that in the real world.

You’re also right that visitors should be able to verify the operator and licensing position for this specific website. The public information currently shown does not make that clear enough, and I won’t ask anyone to accept an unsupported claim in a forum reply.
The Sythe listing was an offer to sell the project’s source code. It was not a fundraising attempt or a sign that we lack funds to pay withdrawals. I understand, though, that a sale listing does not itself establish payout capacity either.

We’ve launched our affiliate system, giving registered players a personal referral link and a dashboard to track their referrals.

What you can track

• Referral link visits and new registrations
• Depositor counts and confirmed deposit totals
• Funded wagering turnover
• Available and claimed commission

Commission structure

Affiliates earn 5% of net gaming revenue generated by their referred players. This is calculated from settled funded stakes minus payouts.

For example, US$1,000 wagered with US$900 paid out generates US$100 in net gaming revenue and US$5 in affiliate commission.

Losses carry forward and reduce future commission. Free Play, And refunded bets do not contribute. Deposits are recorded for statistics and do not generate a separate commission.

We’ve introduced a working promotional-code system and resolved a configuration issue affecting funded gameplay.

Promotional codes

Players can now redeem codes through Wallet → Redeem. Rewards can include USD promotional credits or free spins on a selected original Obsidian slot.

Promotional credits appear in the main USD balance. Promotional credits and free-spin winnings carry a 25× wagering requirement before withdrawals or tips become available.

Free spins use the game and fixed bet assigned to the code. When the allocation ends, the game does not automatically switch to paid spins. Codes may have expiry dates and redemption limits; check the reward details before redeeming.

Funded gameplay

We resolved a configuration issue that caused some players to see “Funded wagering is unavailable” after depositing. Players who encountered it should refresh the website and select USD in the balance selector. Please contact support if the message persists.

Could you try to consider making a little change about your minimal withdrawal and deposit? For sure, I know that vast majority of people can be able to afford the minimum deposit, but for the sake of marketing and as a new gambling site that is launching newly, to attract more users to your site you need to keep lower in other to be able to win more users to your site since it's more competitive nowadays. It's true that they cannot operate without a license if they were operating a physical office, that's a guarantee something, but my argument here is that, not having a valid license does not mean that they are a fraudulent casino, and that is how it still doesn't guarantees that those that are operating with a licence would not steal or scam their users.

Your free play credit, what is the practical value of that to the player when it is not redeemable for withdrawal. For normal casinos the free play credit is just as their bonus they offer to players of which it is redeemable on fulfilling the wagering conditions that may have been attached.
