I was so shocked that I kept asking myself before making this post " Why would people hand over their passports and national IDs to a casino that is operating illegally because it lacks a license?" I tried to imagine what it would be like if the owner of an unlicensed casino were to open a casino in the real world: would they simply build or rent a space and then run the casino without a license? And would they then start demanding IDs from people so they could play? My conclusion was always the same: they wouldn't do that in the real world.

But the casino doesn't have a license, and in most cases, an unlicensed casino implies that the owners lack the funds to pay for one. This raises questions like: "If the casino can't afford a license, will it have the money to pay out winning customers?" So, I moved past that and kept reading the terms of service; it took less than three minutes for me to spot something else that really made me think yes, it really made me stop and wonder, "What on earth is this?" Do they actually intend to run a serious business? Anyone looking at this:

You might also wonder what kind of serious casino would use Proton Mail instead of an email address with the site's own domain. But that isn't the most alarming thing about your casino. When I searched on Google, I saw the most alarming thing of all I'm talking about this:

Also the colours are also inverted, Green suppose to Orange/Red. It gives me an impression of a casino made with chatgpt in a haphazard manner to scam people and run. What is the max bet you are accepting?

I’m removing that upload requirement and correcting the Terms and Privacy Policy; withdrawal requests will still require account 2FA and go through operator review.
You’re also right that visitors should be able to verify the operator and licensing position for this specific website. The public information currently shown does not make that clear enough, and I won’t ask anyone to accept an unsupported claim in a forum reply.
The Sythe listing was an offer to sell the project’s source code. It was not a fundraising attempt or a sign that we lack funds to pay withdrawals. I understand, though, that a sale listing does not itself establish payout capacity either.
