As per their information, you're in PnL positive, thus I initially don't force for return of deposit. But with this recent development, I'll try to get them to honor the winnings as their allegation was not correct; that you bet just seconds after match begin instead of late bettings.


Edit: after a talk with my contact about this discrepancies in narrative from both parties, and why bets placed in that fashion, I was told that some balance is sitting in your account, ready for withdrawal. It is not the full disputed amount, but I do say it's a winning, OP, if you're willing to take it and consider the case closed with it.
