Contrary to what you probably believe, I am not always available for the forum 24/7 and have IRL issues [that currently burning bright on fire itself] that at times made me unable to attend to forum on daily basis.

With that said and hopefully implemented deep into your mind, continuing where we left off, that is unfortunately what is on the table. They have the option [and that you've agreed per ToS] to confiscate that as well, because you do get limited and flagged by provider. Their provider detect an utilization of detrimental strategy that made them limit you +4 initially before moving to restricting completely.

That is the extent of what I can do and what they are willing to offer and they will happily retracted the return of deposit, of which, rightfully theirs, as per ToS, and that I can't do much nor will reprimand them, as the bare minimum is already offered [I can't recall from the top of my head whether or not you're in PnL positive on top of the return of principal].

Do inform me if you're willing to take that or not, so I can inform my contact to close the case with verdict of settlement agreement, or to drain the account because you rejected the offer that was the furthest they are willing to do.
