How do we know if any of this is true and if you were actually a former employee of Duelbits. Do you have anything to prove what you are saying here, or is it just your words, and if it is, i'm sorry nobody is going to take this seriously.

Let's say you were even a member of their staff, it is still within their rights to let you go if they think that's what's best for their business and that my friend does not warrant a scam accusation topic. As long as you were not owed salaries and they satisfied all that was promised in the event they no longer need your service, then you don't really have a case against them.

A lot of people who use duelbits will recognize my username as i was prominent in site chat and discord.

Anybody can create a bitcointalk account with any username (as long as it hasn't be taken), so this does not prove that you are whom you say you are. You say you worked with them for two years, surely you can share some redacted information to prove that, it could be as simple as just an email correspondence.

You can edit your thread, what really happened, how much was inside the account, when the incident happened that you could not access the account. Purely based on what you wrote, it looks like you were fired in an abrupt and insensitive way(at least in my opinion), but no scam has happened. They are refusing to pay owed wages plus the two week notice period payment and are ignoring communication now. Obviously these were contractual obligations that are being ignored. Being fired doesn't bother me i wanted to leave for a while, but being robbed does bother me.

This one you need to prove in order to support your claim as I think that this is the one that can be called as part of the scam because being fired suddenly doesn't automatically mean it's a scam IMO.
IIRC, this is the first time I see a casino is accused as scam by its own employee so it is an unusual case in this scam accusation board.
The image you share above about the email of "termination of service" is also not helping at all here if you ask me as it does not prove that you are scammed.

According to your post, it looks like you wanted a salary increment and they just let you go... right?

Maybe you can get to talk to them or through legal means and the pay up what is left. I don't think that would be too much for them.

I thought that this is something about winnings in the casino and they refuse to pay. But it's a different one on this case. Being a let go can happen anytime to an employee however the company wishes to do so. And if they are not going to pay, you can put this into a legal concern if you've signed a contract before you officially render your time on them. But will it be worth it with all the legal fees that you'll be pursuing for it? I am not discouraging you though as that money you've worked for specific period of time needs to get paid prior to your lay off. They have a thread where you can get the attention of the representative and reach out for some convincing.

Understandably you cannot share much about the terms of agreement or the reasons you were let go, but that also means the public cannot mediate on it. Every other part of the text was blurred out including whatever reason they gave, what exactly led up to this situation is also unknown and so is the employee contract binding your relationship with them.

Best solution for you may be a single mediator that can consider the facts privately and reach a conclusion.

If you have a signed and written agreement you can take them to court and cost them much more than the missing pay. Court costs, lawyer fees, maybe a little pain n suffering, time, and ding their ego all at the same time.

I won't guarantee you'll win but if you have documented proof you have a good chance in court.

Now what I don’t understand is the reason why you are covering part of the evidence you are showing.
If you can send back the evidence without covering any part believe me we are going to be sure if they actually scammed you or not, until then I won’t say anything.

Before this last statement that I quoted above, I’m sure they gave there reasons for deciding not to pay you and you covered it so we won’t see it, why covering it if you are not hiding anything?

Well that's something new. When I saw the title I thought there would be a new "regular" scam accusation, a player doesn't get paid and complains about it, while I was already thinking Duelbits is too big to do something like that without any reason. Well, now we have an ex employee, that's new.
There are contracts and laws that both employees as well as companies have to follow. If you think you are in the right you can take it to the authorities in charge of these things and let them build a case for you. Obviously you can't get fired on the spot without notice, especially if you didn't do anything significant wrong.

I wonder, what was the job description? OP mentioned he was in the chat and discord, so I suppose he was some kind of mod maybe? On some sites (stake for example) mods don't even get a salary or a real contract, that's why I am curious.

What advice did you get from the solicitor after they reviewed the terms of your contract and the content of your dismissal? If you are still in communication with any of duelbit support team regarding the matter, what has the response and tone of the conversation been like?

You are factoring in the 2 weeks you should have worked for and gotten payment for if you were giving the notice period?

This is a complicated issue because the casino representative hasn't logged into the forum for many weeks the last time they were active here was September 22, 2026 so it will be difficult for them to reply to you. However, I suggest you contact @holydarkness for assistance; I see that as your only real option. If you were to hire a lawyer, the costs would far exceed $1,100, as the case could drag on through various court levels for years, and you certainly wouldn't want to be paying legal fees for that long.
