You should have not only provided a clarification, but also included some specific evidence to resolve this issue that everyone can see you can skip any private matter but i believe some of the evidence can be shared. If you think the evidence only for trusted person, or you already shared the details with Martina on Casino Guru, at least post a new response there, because it’s important for people to see and read it, at least we know there is any new process about this case. If you only post a clarification like this, I’m sure it won’t be easy for you to gain the trust of users. 6+ BTC is a lot of money, and you can’t consider this as resolved with just a clarification post that doesn’t seem to explain the process in a reasonable way.

There so called statement does not help their case. For using Ai people may think that they are just another shady sites which best for anyone to avoid.

Not probably, Definitely AI used to give this reply, I checked their statement on multiple ID detectors, mostly AI detected above 90% . It's not that we should call them scammers because they used AI, but rather, we haven't found anything clear in their statement that we can trust, even after using AI, and they haven't even mentioned when they told the casino guru team and when they can provide an update on this matter.

Even a month ago, the Casino Guru team declared this complaint unresolved because they did not receive any relevant details/evidence from the casino team. Even they also suggest to complain authority hope provide them  license.
