Yea i cancelled it anyways to claim the freebet drop for UCL arsenal game. But it seems i had a 10$ bonus active from before (but 0 balance) and i activated this 5$ on top of that. I think due to that the 5$ balance never came to me. Not a big deal cheers

Not the best start for a casino, but if BiggerZ is to survive on the forum for the long term clearing their name on these third party platforms like casinoguru will help them a great deal, then maybe you could consider starting off from a new page then everything will fall in place.

I can relate to this because I've had the same experience with a certain casino. I had a problem with my account and their agent requested for my email and password. I just sensed right away that something was off.  Even though I know they actually want to help out with the problem I'm having with my account I see no reason why they'll be asking for my details when they can easily reset things on their end. But I didn't feel comfortable sharing that info, even if I wanted to.

A casino is not meant to request for users email and password, although it depends on the situation you find yourself into because if it's pending transaction or pending withdraw a casino can only ask for your transaction ID or bet ID and phone number I'm speaking from experience. There was a time I was facing difficulty in making withdraw, all the withdrawal request for that very day keep showing pending then I had to reach out to the costumer service to make complaints regarding the issue then I was asked to provide my bet Id and my phone number, without  wasting much of the time I provide my bet ID and phone number before the next 5 minutes I received my money.

Has it been sufficiently proven that they are scammers? The report I saw does not contain any serious information proving that the user did everything right but was denied his winning. You cannot conclude that someone is a scammer using one side of the story. If you see where detailed information about the case is posted, draw my attention to that else bury that your idea of tagging people promoting them.

op replied to my message today he is telling me to provide the email with which I registered the account. email is my personal information why should I provide him with an email! I gave him my username is it not enough to give rewards? Username is a unique name that never matches any other user. Everyone's username is different. There they are asking for my email. So I am skipping the bonus. Because I am not satisfied with their activities. Lol

In your case probably they might be asking for your email address for verification, but I believe they should tell you why they need it.   I think it's better to be on the safer side, so if you're not comfortable giving out your personal information then I see no reason why you'll do that just because of $5 bonus.

Asking for the email address only is not particularly suspicious in my opinion, it could also be a cross-check on their side, just to make sure the username you provided is actually linked to the email address. I'm talking about Z_MBFM situation.

Of course what happened with Itz-prisigold is a different thing because nobody should ever ask you for your password, no matter whether it's a casino website, Amazon, or whatever. That is clearly a scam.

I think thats way off. I mighr be able to provide an email just for the sake of verification but password(of the email) thats not acceptable. No one should ever request for that as its personal matter.
