What made us write No KYC is that we do not enforce it on regular customers, there is no routine KYC and there are no thresholds, so you can freely enjoy jetLA. Upon review and looking at the feedback, we completely agree that we fall short of the complete No KYC policy, so we've decided that it is fair not to promote ourselves in that way as it's misleading.
I appreciate that you listened to the community and changed the thread title instead of doubling down. Most of us play with real money just to have some fun, and we can only enjoy ourselves if the operator is upfront about the rules.
Since it’s practically impossible to state that you will never ever question a user that has suspicions of fraud, multi accounting or bonus abuse, as those are simply events that happen in any online casino, it is false to state that we are 100% No KYC, that is why we removed it and explained exactly when KYC might be applied.
Since you're operating without a license and KYC is still in your terms, players only have your
terms and
privacy statement to go by. I read through both quickly and had a few questions:

1. I see that you edited Clause 9.5.1, and there is no verification menu on the website right now. However, Clause 9.5.2 still states that you will
"deduct any winnings obtained and refund last deposit in case of failed verification", and Clause 9.5.4 states that phone and video verification checks can be required. That means if someone deposits a few times and then fails verification when trying to cash out, all their earlier deposits and winnings are forfeited since you only refund the most recent deposit made??

2. Clause 2 (Definitions), identifies the operator only as
www.jetla.com with no registered company behind the site. Aside from this, there does not appear to be any provision for governing law or dispute resolution (i.e. who handles disputes), as the agreement goes from
16. Term straight to
18. Notices. So 17. is missing.
3. Under 9.5, if KYC is triggered then users have to provide sensitive documents to an unknown operator. This being said, JetLA's privacy policy page literally has a browser tab title of
"JetLA - Privacy Blah-Blah", and does not list a Data Controller.

Having Degen vibes is cool and all, but without actual terms, careful players might have a hard time taking a gamble on trusting a real-money setup that asks for your hard-earned cash and personal documents.
