I believe AI agents integrated on Bitcoin wallets is probably the dumbest thing I've ever heard for a while, unless they're just testing some next-level development concept that I can't wrap my head around right now.
Where do I begin? That this is a privacy and security nightmare? Actually that is all. Poor privacy and false sense of security. Pretty terrifying to play like that with your savings.
Every AI agent integration that actually care about privacy and security generate different wallet for this exact reason, can't be sure it's safe unless it doesn't touch our savings completely and yeah it feels dumb sometime. Never heard anybody saying they should integrate AI agent to their bank accounts, but we have so many people saying we should integrate AI agent to our bitcoin address, especially coming from startup founders who are seeking for funding rounds. The AI pitch is getting more ridiculous by the days.

There are numerous good sides of the AI agents and it is used in almost all our daily internet activities. If we look at the dark side of AI, the need of using it to create crypto wallets is not going to be a good idea in the long run, but in terms of security supports while creating these wallets will be resourceful. AIs should have limited/no access to our financial activities at anytime. Knowing how to prompt it is good as it can help in a lot of ways, but granting it access to your finances is unethical.
AI can be useful for checking wallet security but I would not trust it to have full access to my funds, even f it is designed to help they can still have some mistakes or someone trying to exploit it. So for me the best thing is to let AI assist with security while I have the private keys and recovery phrases under my control. Because the moment I give up that control, I am adding another layer of trust and that defeats part of self custody purpose.

Now that AI is everywhere, what do you think would be AI agents' role in Bitcoin? Would they assist users in creating "complex" wallets (multi-sig, time-locked BTC, etc)? Or what about giving us advice when or how to trade Bitcoin? Like making up a trading strategy you would follow to successfully make a profit with BTC? The possibilities are endless. We would have something like an AI chatbot, paid for with Bitcoin (credits or subscription).
Wouldn't that be nice? Or is this a terrible idea? Feel free to share your opinion below. Thanks.
For the most part, what AI has going for it would be "making Bitcoin easier to use", but I wouldn't be too quick to embrace them, as giving an AI control over wallet configurations, private-key operations, or trading decisions introduces several risks, The strength of Bitcoin lies in self-custody, verification, and minimizing the need to trust third parties. If AI adoption makes people more dependent on automated systems they cannot independently verify, we might be trading convenience for control, negating the impact that infrastructures such as Babylon Labs' Trustless Bitcoin Vaults are positioned to have on user control over private keys and assets. AI works best as an assistant, but it shouldn't become another layer of trust between us and our Bitcoin.

Having AI besides us helping and gives easiness to work. We can set our work using AI and for example, we can making up a trading strategy based on the history. But that will need more research to find the way.
We can making a schedule for others related to Bitcoin, for investment so we can run according the plan. But I don't think AI will interfere the role in Bitcoin.

Isn't this already a thing ? I mean I see a lot of posts and videos online about how AI has made the trade industry efficient for the actual traders, although I'm not sure how true it is, but there is one thing we can't take away from the massive AI adoption, and that's the fact that it has continued to make so many things a whole lot easier and there are so many persons that would feel relax having a idea from idea over the old traditional way so it's already the direction we are heading, it's just a matter of time before we see all around us in a way that we can't ignore anymore. There are flying cars now so everything is possible

I think AI agents will insanely be useful for Bitcoin, especially for beginners who find stuffs like multisig and timelocks confusing, they can do this with ease. Having something that guides you in the process is too useful. But when it comes to trading, I don't think so and I wouldn't touch it unless it's really trained well. AI agents can analyze these charts and may suggest strategies, but I don't think that it will always get things right. I'd rather trust it as a tool for now than to trust my money with it. The idea of paying for these services with BTC isn't so novel, I think we got past that already. There has been some several projects that done it in the past like ChatBTC, LangChainBitcoin, and Aperture/L402 Protocol. It isn't whether building an AI chatbot that accepts BTC as a payment, I don't think that's enough, I think it need something more, it need something more useful. Just my two cents.

People who decide to let AI agents manage their digital assets will sooner or later regret it - because they obviously don't understand how dangerous artificial intelligence is. Already today, we have cases where AI is given a task to do something, and it doesn't stop at anything in achieving that task, even if it was completely wrong and illegal.
Personally, it's crazy for me to give access to my crypto wallet to something that can turn against you at any moment.
Well, AI can't make decisions on its own. Can it? For what I know, AI isn't self-aware. It depends on human input to perform tasks. Therefore, AI would be limited/restricted to human's own will. We still have control over AI. A restricted AI where it can't do anything else other than create wallets and perform transactions with your consent, would be a good thing to have in the crypto/Blockchain space. It can even give advise as when to buy or sell BTC. Like I've said before, the possibilities are endless. When AI gets rogue (by becoming self-aware), that's when we need to worry about Bitcoin being endangered. It's going to take quite a few decades before this happens, though.

I think some users are confusing laziness to do things on their own with getting assistance from AI. I wouldn't say the role of AI should be limited to managing their Bitcoin assets only. If anyone is already using AI that way, then they are making a huge mistake. There is nothing wrong with forming a strategy with the help of AI. The most important thing is that you, as the user, already have an idea in mind but just need AI to help refine it and provide more details if necessary. That is where proper prompting comes in. AI is gradually taking over, and Bitcoiners just need to fit in as well. An AI agent isn't bad; it becomes bad when there are no limits to what we expect it to do. Remember, assistance is different from overreliance.

The current AI Agent can be applied to various things related to Bitcoin, but not to create a Wallet or generate a Wallet that is directly done by AI because it will be data that the AI reads and it can be leaked by AI. privacy will remain Privacy and AI should not read any data such as Wallets or anything.
AI Agent will only help guides that used to be done manually now switch to AI in a faster and more efficient way and very clear guidance. Now all platforms or all projects are switching to smarter AI agent chatbots, so that it is not only the answers of the templates that have been set up in advance but actually answer with what we ask and what solutions need to be provided.

Having an AI Chatbot being paid for its subscription package with Bitcoin is you simply having to utilize Bitcoin for what it is, a currency. That’s what Bitcoin is about, exchange of values, payment for services and commodities. The idea of AI having to develop a trading strategy for you and how you would handle your Bitcoin investment, act as some sort of financial adviser or so, that’s the point that doesn’t sound about right to me. You could try it, it’s doable and definitely you would get ideas but, I’ll rather see it for some study material that would work better in data collection and analysis.

Some of the things you listed above already have AI agents for them. For example, there are agents for bitcoin trading, this i am very sure of. That of multi-sig, time-lock BTC and more, I am not sure its been explored presently. But I am seeing AI agents and BTC from a different perspective. For instance, the Tesla auto pilot cars used for taxi could use bitcoin for payment. When 2 confirmation are met on the Blockchain, there won't be reversal. So, that irreversibility and setting up taxi arrival and departure with the block height will create a whole new world. This might sound like a joke but in the future, too many decisions would be made on the Blockchain.

Every cutting-edge technology has its drawbacks, no matter how beneficial it may be, and the same applies to AI. However, if managed properly, it can serve as an excellent tool for creating intricate wallets, engaging in trading, and more, rather than being misused by hackers for malicious purposes driven by personal gain.
For this reason, I believe that AI companies should be responsible for covering the damages caused by hackers exploiting AI to uncover vulnerabilities, as they often fail to implement restrictions on their innovations in these areas.

We need to be sure that we should not blindly rely on AI advice, especially in terms of trading strategies. We know that AI can create strategies very well, but it will not know when it is best to enter the market. Market analysis and strategies can be learned from AI, but without your own skills and experience, it is never possible to profit from trading, and it will not be able to make a good forecast for the future. However, I think we can use AI agents to learn investment and trading strategies, it will be a very simple idea, but we should not do this by completely trusting it, but we should have our own experience. People take advice on all matters through AI and benefit from it very easily, that is why many people currently take advice from AI and do various types of work.

I think AI agents are capable of taking over our trading career if they are permitted, the need to sit in front of the screen monitoring every charts will reduce, if AI agent can take over then it will be great for traders. Talking profits, exiting when it's time and refunding trading accounts, I am only saying this on my own behalf, if I have to use AI agents it will be for this reason only, everything else is a no. I even see AI agents to be threats more than solution for world problems, because AI agents can betray, reprogram and run scripts that you never command them to, i don't know if I am the only one who is thinking this way..

So far I haven't thought about directly integrating AI agents into Bitcoin or Crypto in general. However, I have an idea for using AI Agent as a Bitcoin Node monitoring tool with limited access to be able to. - Check the status of the node periodically.
- Read sync data.
- Analyze when there is a problem.
- Send notifications.
- Compile a node condition report.
The image came to my mind, because I am currently running Bitcoin Full Node, a private electrum server and LN. However, the use of the AI Agent is not a necessity at this time, because I can still handle it manually.

The use of AI can be misunderstood in most aspect irrespective of the fact AI is gradually taking over and this innovation is also risky in different aspects. Traders always use AI assistant for an alternative strategy, aside trading strategy I doubt if AI is helpful in other different aspect for example security, bitcoin security is all about privacy and no third party should be involve though AI can be really helpful with educating about bitcoin knowledge.
