NoKYC is just a marketing strategy because if you win big, you will be asked for KYC verification so, how is that a NoKYC casino. Don't be decieve with that NoKYC banner by these new casinos because some of them know that majority of gamblers love privacy and would rush to use a NoKYC casino.
This is mostly their common method used in bringing players to their platform and at the end of the day, they will surely show you their true identity. However, if I were most of the gamblers, I wouldn't have patronized some of those sweet words or allow it influence my decisions. Because they're not true, I will rather stick to a casino that make things clear and straight even if they are KYC casino then the once that can't even stand on a simple words they made by themselves. If you look around the gambling industry, the big casinos are KYC casinos and gamblers are cool with submitting their documents to these casinos because of their good reputation.
That's true. Because they are well to do. They are more reliable and straightforward in all their dealings. Hence, most of the casinos that I'm dealing with are all KYC and I enjoy using them. I have nothing to fear, except someone with a skeleton in his cupboard or has plan for dirty act.

what do you guys think: would you trust a casino more if it doesn't ask for your docs or does that actually make it more suspicious? -_-
Whether a casino ask for kyc or not does not make them a good or reliable casino, there are some casinos that ask for kyc and they are still involved in scamming people and there are also casino that don't ask for kyc but they still scamming their customers, so kyc or not a casino can still turn out to be dishonest. There are some people that prefer casinos that ask for kyc and that's their personal reasons why some people also prefer casinos that don't ask for kyc, which ever casino you prefer before you use the casino make sure you do some investigation by yourself and if it is a new casino deposits a small amount you can afford to lose.

Crypto gambling started with no KYC requirements, and when governments became stricter some casinos introduced mandatory KYC, so we can never really go back to how things were before.
What we read about casinos offering or promising no KYC, that could just be a marketing tactic, so don't fall for that without checking their terms.
Not saying they are trying to scam us, but what they do can be legal, as everything you need to know is usually stated in the TOS, you sign up means you agree to it. So to answer the question = no.

Been noticing more crypto casinos pushing the whole no KYC thing lately and tbh i think thats how crypto gambling should've worked from the start.
i mean whats the point of using crypto if you still gotta upload your passport, take selfies and wait for someone to approve your account just to play or withdraw your own money... that's lol...
Theres already quite a few names around 'no KYC' sectore like BC.Game, Shuffle, Frenzy and others.. going for different levels of crypto-first experience and less friction. Not saying all of them are fully no KYC tho cause thats another story.
Personally i think people are getting tired of all these verification steps especially when some casinos only bring up KYC right when you try to withdraw - and thats probably the worst part of it for my humble opinion

Yes, the no KYC on casinos are becoming a norm and that's one of the tricks or strategies that the casinos are now using to lure people to use their platforms because players don't like undergoing so much stress in other to get their accounts set up or while trying to register their account, once the names are being inputted and some deposits are being made the players are good to go so it's becoming a norm in our contemporary casinosin getting players. Though I doubt if there are casinos that wouldn't require for some documents to be presented before withdrawals can take place when a player wins. The no KYC is just another means to get players to the platform and afterwards demand for KYC verification in case they win and wants to withdraw. So those who want to join any casino with the no KYCs registration should read the terms and conditions before joining.

Let's not predict too much. When Bitcoin first appeared nobody really believed in it, and now we're all kicking ourselves for not buying it back in 2012. Who knows, maybe there's some small startup out there right now that will flip finance upside down once again.

Nowadays, licensing authorities are carrying out severe crackdown on Anonymous. Due to AML related pressure, casino are being compelled to implement KYC. Otherwise they lose access to payment gateway and game provider. Unless it is DEX based, purely on chain and decentralized gambling. It is best not to pay heed to No KYC forever claim on centralized casino. Whenever you land any big win, it's wise to be prepared to go through KYC process. In my opinion, like Stake.com other legitimate casino should clearly state what their KYC process entails right at start of sign up process. That is far fairer than springing surprise at the time of withdrawal!

It is not about just pushing casinos to be no kyc, the question is are they truly no KYC? Some still ask for KYC verification before some certain withdrawal, they just use no KYC to attract more players and not all are entirely no KYC. Actually most casinos state it out in their TOS if KYC verification will be needed later on some withdrawals, so it left for we players to check and be sure if we want to use them, and there are still some casinos that used KYC verification and users are okay giving out their information to them because of the good reputation they’ve built.

No Kyc casino platforms are definitely good and I prefer using such platforms. However, the platforms that have made KYC mandatory are already considered very trusted platforms and they are doing billion dollar business so there are many gamblers who think it is safe to use those platforms and hesitate to do KYC there. If a platform becomes trusted then there is nothing to fear doing KYC there.
Any casino platform can do KYC if they can ensure that they keep the documents confidential. There have been many cases where casino platforms have been found to sell user data on the black market. However, not all platforms do this and some platforms have brought disrepute to the casino industry. However, platforms that are starting a new journey allow kyc free gambling and they highlight and promote them through it

Or are not hesitating to do KYC there. I understand what you mean, I just point it out. Yes, sites like Stake makes KYC mandatory, and people use such gambling sites the most. There are many gambling sites that do not require KYC, if they are becoming trustworthy, people will not mind that and they will use such gambling site. Even some gambling sites may not have license but its reputation will let some people use the site. Although, most unlicensed gambling sites these days are belonging to scammers.

Do you think that setting up a crypto casino does not need regulation? If you need to get a license then the casino must be ready to comply with these regulatory rules. Now people ask, what is the use of trading crypto on the exchange but at the beginning requires KYC? Crypto is synonymous with privacy and freedom. Because it's all tightened up now. but im just curious, if no-KYC is actually becoming the norm or its just another marketing thing ?
This is just a marketing strategy, the rest you see in the terms and conditions will find the answer about the KYC.

but im just curious, if no-KYC is actually becoming the norm or its just another marketing thing ? I don't see that non-kyc gambling platform is a norm now. We may have encountered gambling platforms that are KYC-free but I know there are only a few of themc compare to global gambling industry. Those who advertise NO-KYC registration is just a marketing ploy. They know that there are lots of gamblers who looks for KYC-free gambling platform so to take the attention of these gambler, they offer the non-kyc platform. what do you guys think: would you trust a casino more if it doesn't ask for your docs or does that actually make it more suspicious? -_-
This (trust in the gambling platform) still goes down to reputation. There are some reputable casinos that do not ask for documents, and there are lots of scam casinos that requires its gambler for their personal information.

I hate to break it to you, but the real "no-kyc" is a thing of the past. There might be some crypto casinos that still are no-KYC, but almost all casinos today, especially those that have a gambling license, would require KYC from their gamblers at some point. In short, it's just a marketing strategy in today'stime. Also, in today's time, casinos that says "no-KYC" would usually have a KYC/AML policy in their terms, which contradicts their claims of being a "no-KYC" casino. what do you guys think: would you trust a casino more if it doesn't ask for your docs or does that actually make it more suspicious? -_-
Personally, it depends on their reputation. Right now, it is extremely hard to trust casinos, even those that ask for KYC.

For me, it doesn't matter. I don't care about KYC and have no problem playing at casinos with or without it. To be fair, though, I think it would be enough to require that deposits and withdrawals go to the same wallet. If a casino lets you deposit money, it should let you withdraw it.

Right when you want to withdraw is the part where they are legally obligated to do the kyc, because they are giving money to someone who they don't know. In most casinos there's an option to do KYC beforehand if you want. If there's no such option, that's a red flag. But answer to your question, non-kyc was a standard like a 10 years ago, it's been slowly disappearing and most likely that option is gone in few years, because they are enforcing regulations harder and harder.

As a means of payment for service rendered to you by Casinos.. Crypto Casino are majorly for if your option to gamble is crypto instead of fiat. Even if you’re depositing from an exchange , you don’t expect them to figure out your exchange and reach out to them just to get your KYC details, which isn’t gonna be possible in the first place and that’s if you even made the deposit with your owned address . That’s why some crypto Casino require KYC. Some crypto casino can also support both Fiat and Crypto deposit. Thus, “No-KYC “ isn’t really a necessary tag for “Crypto Casinos”

Yes, it is a red flag, but there are people that are complaining that a gambling site did not tell them that they make KYC mandatory until they wanted to withdraw. It is a red flag, but I make sure that I read a casino terms of service before I jse the gambling site. I do not read all, but I read the most important part like deposit and withdraw, use if VPN and restricted countries and some other things. Some of the gambling sites will make it clear on their TOS that KYC is mandatory. But answer to your question, non-kyc was a standard like a 10 years ago, it's been slowly disappearing and most likely that option is gone in few years, because they are enforcing regulations harder and harder.
The government do not consider cryptocurrencies as money in 10 years ago, but they see them now as money.

I usually try to avoid these types of casinos. But if a casino has a license and the withdrawal facilities are very good and if someone has used it and if someone has used that casino and if he tells me that the casino is good and the facilities are very good then I will be willing to use it.
I have heard from several people I know that all this is a marketing strategy. When I go to withdraw, KYC is asked, but I have not used it yet, if ever the opportunity arises, I will use it once

Actually, that was how crypto gambling worked in the beginning, and it was quite good. Since 2018 we have been into a massive transition into KYC as gambling was regulated in many countries, causing the scenario we have today where crypto gambling lost its point. I'm not aware that a new transition is happening right now into privacy once again, but if so, that sounds good to me. That crypto may recover its original purpose and essence once again. And that shouldn't be strict to casinos solely, but also to exchanges!

The KYC system was primarily introduced to combat money laundering through casinos. So it's not just some pointless extra step invented to annoy players. Sure, having to provide documents when trying to withdraw your winnings is frustrating, but the whole point of KYC is to verify who is using the service and where the money is coming from.
