but im just curious, if no-KYC is actually becoming the norm or its just another marketing thing ?

what do you guys think: would you trust a casino more if it doesn't ask for your docs or does that actually make it more suspicious? -_-
It was the norm even if there was this KYC thing, since most of these casinos doesn't need KYC in the first place, probably yes with a mild KYC like knowing your name or email but it isn't that fully required. I mean, it depends, trust goes in a lot different ways but I'd trust it if they really make a name in the industry for example the known casinos.

In cryptocurrency we are unknown and our transaction is transparent with out any identity of us. Then a cryptocasino should be anonymous also. no KYC casino is a good thing for players but I am ready for the KYC if I need to withdraw a very huge amount. As for now, I did not gave any for the KYC is any platform I played even I experienced some huge amount withdrawal.

It is not a marketing thing but it is the opposite that kyc compliance has become the norm, yes a new normal. Wherein before, we do like non kyc casinos and we expect that most of them will never ask for it and doesn't have any issue during the withdrawals. But it has changed lately and everyone now expects that during withdrawals even with the smallest amounts might suddenly be asked for it.

what do you guys think: would you trust a casino more if it doesn't ask for your docs or does that actually make it more suspicious? -_-
Definitely, and I am happy that bitz isn't asking me that but maybe in the near future they'll force everyone to do it.

NoKYC is just a marketing strategy because if you win big, you will be asked for KYC verification so, how is that a NoKYC casino. Don't be decieve with that NoKYC banner by these new casinos because some of them  know that majority of gamblers love privacy and would rush to use a NoKYC casino.
This is the reason it is good to read the rules of withdrawal on the gambling site's terms of service because some gambling sites can say they are no KYC site, but they will have little withdrawal limit that the no KYC will cover.

But the worst thing about it is that the gambling site can demand for KYC at anytime even if they labelled themselves as no KYC site and it is regardless on the amount won that want to be withdrawn.

So what's the essence of no KYC in the first place? If there's a limit to what you can withdraw without, all are just to tell gamblers what they want to hear and get them to register first and buy their confidence. Crypto casinos would rather adhere to the AML policy in the country they're regulated than you think they would like to please. No KYC is a trick, because they target you when you win big, knowing fully well that it will be for you not to comply at that point, so everything is just a marketing strategy. I would rather do KYC first than get it requested later when I might win a big amount of money.

Nowadays of course if online casinos are legal then we gamblers who gamble online should expect that kyc will be required once we withdraw from their platform.

then apart from this it is still up to us players who enter any online casino whether we want to submit kyc or not, apart from this there are others who first read the policy
or rules that the casino has and once they read it they will immediately see the things they do not like or do not like.

At this time, gamblers are quite aware. So before starting betting on a new betting site, everyone wants to read the rules and regulations easily. Now, for those who do not want to submit kyc, there are many casino sites without kyc verification, which have the same type of casino games. Especially now, most popular casino sites all have the same type of casino games. So it is not mandatory for a gambler to bet on a site. There are multiple options for that. So whether a gambler submits kyc or not is also his personal decision. At this time, there are many crypto casinos, where kyc does not have to be submitted, but they are quite reputable and trusted. There is never any problem with withdrawal.

So now I think it is better to keep the kyc issue as just an option. If a casino site thinks that their users are decreasing just because of kyc verification, then they should keep this issue as optional. Because I personally do not like submitting my personal data.

Honestly the existing trend of no KYC is just a good marketing strategy. Once you go through the terms and conditions of the casinos, you will find that the mentioned websites have a phrase suspicious transactions and they can perform KYC on demand. And the reality is that the moment you win a jackpot or a certain amount of money, they will automatically consider your account to be suspicious.

Regarding the trust factor, it is safe to say that the lack of KYC does not make the casino more trustworthy. On the hand it is more dangerous because if the unregulated website freezes your money or steals from you, there will be nothing legal to do about it.

I am fine passing any KYC verification but that's if my details will be safe in the hands of these online casinos, there is no way to know which online casino will be the next victim of these AI hacks that's currently happening and this is bringing more fear in the minds of gamblers and every crypto investors combined, although most online casinos are making KYC verification available before deposits, I am seeing new online casinos doing the same too, so if you are the gambler that's scared of what casinos could do after you winning, like rejecting your KYC details then it's better to pass KYC verification first before you make your first deposit.
