but im just curious, if no-KYC is actually becoming the norm or its just another marketing thing ?

what do you guys think: would you trust a casino more if it doesn't ask for your docs or does that actually make it more suspicious? -_-
It was the norm even if there was this KYC thing, since most of these casinos doesn't need KYC in the first place, probably yes with a mild KYC like knowing your name or email but it isn't that fully required. I mean, it depends, trust goes in a lot different ways but I'd trust it if they really make a name in the industry for example the known casinos.

In cryptocurrency we are unknown and our transaction is transparent with out any identity of us. Then a cryptocasino should be anonymous also. no KYC casino is a good thing for players but I am ready for the KYC if I need to withdraw a very huge amount. As for now, I did not gave any for the KYC is any platform I played even I experienced some huge amount withdrawal.

It is not a marketing thing but it is the opposite that kyc compliance has become the norm, yes a new normal. Wherein before, we do like non kyc casinos and we expect that most of them will never ask for it and doesn't have any issue during the withdrawals. But it has changed lately and everyone now expects that during withdrawals even with the smallest amounts might suddenly be asked for it.

what do you guys think: would you trust a casino more if it doesn't ask for your docs or does that actually make it more suspicious? -_-
Definitely, and I am happy that bitz isn't asking me that but maybe in the near future they'll force everyone to do it.

NoKYC is just a marketing strategy because if you win big, you will be asked for KYC verification so, how is that a NoKYC casino. Don't be decieve with that NoKYC banner by these new casinos because some of them  know that majority of gamblers love privacy and would rush to use a NoKYC casino.
This is the reason it is good to read the rules of withdrawal on the gambling site's terms of service because some gambling sites can say they are no KYC site, but they will have little withdrawal limit that the no KYC will cover.

But the worst thing about it is that the gambling site can demand for KYC at anytime even if they labelled themselves as no KYC site and it is regardless on the amount won that want to be withdrawn.

So what's the essence of no KYC in the first place? If there's a limit to what you can withdraw without, all are just to tell gamblers what they want to hear and get them to register first and buy their confidence. Crypto casinos would rather adhere to the AML policy in the country they're regulated than you think they would like to please. No KYC is a trick, because they target you when you win big, knowing fully well that it will be for you not to comply at that point, so everything is just a marketing strategy. I would rather do KYC first than get it requested later when I might win a big amount of money.

Nowadays of course if online casinos are legal then we gamblers who gamble online should expect that kyc will be required once we withdraw from their platform.

then apart from this it is still up to us players who enter any online casino whether we want to submit kyc or not, apart from this there are others who first read the policy
or rules that the casino has and once they read it they will immediately see the things they do not like or do not like.

At this time, gamblers are quite aware. So before starting betting on a new betting site, everyone wants to read the rules and regulations easily. Now, for those who do not want to submit kyc, there are many casino sites without kyc verification, which have the same type of casino games. Especially now, most popular casino sites all have the same type of casino games. So it is not mandatory for a gambler to bet on a site. There are multiple options for that. So whether a gambler submits kyc or not is also his personal decision. At this time, there are many crypto casinos, where kyc does not have to be submitted, but they are quite reputable and trusted. There is never any problem with withdrawal.

So now I think it is better to keep the kyc issue as just an option. If a casino site thinks that their users are decreasing just because of kyc verification, then they should keep this issue as optional. Because I personally do not like submitting my personal data.

Honestly the existing trend of no KYC is just a good marketing strategy. Once you go through the terms and conditions of the casinos, you will find that the mentioned websites have a phrase suspicious transactions and they can perform KYC on demand. And the reality is that the moment you win a jackpot or a certain amount of money, they will automatically consider your account to be suspicious.

Regarding the trust factor, it is safe to say that the lack of KYC does not make the casino more trustworthy. On the hand it is more dangerous because if the unregulated website freezes your money or steals from you, there will be nothing legal to do about it.

I am fine passing any KYC verification but that's if my details will be safe in the hands of these online casinos, there is no way to know which online casino will be the next victim of these AI hacks that's currently happening and this is bringing more fear in the minds of gamblers and every crypto investors combined, although most online casinos are making KYC verification available before deposits, I am seeing new online casinos doing the same too, so if you are the gambler that's scared of what casinos could do after you winning, like rejecting your KYC details then it's better to pass KYC verification first before you make your first deposit.

The problem with most of these casino that pissed me off most times is that they will say that they are a no kyc casino in their official announcement, that they wouldn't be needing it, but once you started gambling with their platform believing that they would not ask for kyc, on the verge of withdrawal, that is when they will start asking for it if it's a large transaction.

Sometimes their excuses is that they only asked for it because something seems off or they find the activities of the account suspicious, but when the gambler was losing up and down, nothing was suspicious, but the moment he won something big, that's the moment they will start asking for kyc because they are not willing to pay if you cannot provide it. My own take is that they should say it from the beginning that kyc is a must, that at some point they will ask for it, that way gamblers that registered with them will prepare their mind for it, not saying that they are a no kyc casino and later asking for it, later in the future.

Non-KYC gambling cannot become "the new norm" simply because no country in the world would ever fully allow non-KYC casinos to exist.
If you are into non-KYC gambling, you are pretty much breaking the gambling laws in almost all countries in the world. Do this at your own risk.
If you ever get scammed by a non-KYC casino, there's no way to get back your stolen funds by filing complaints to the gambling authorities in your country or hiring a lawyer and starting a lawsuit. I personally trust casinos based on reviews left by other gamblers and my own experience.
I don't put KYC very high on my priority list, but yeah, KYC sucks in general.

Many of us believe that "no KYC" in casinos is just a marketing strategy to attract gamblers who values their privacy but we all know that when it matters they will demand for it and if you refuse to provide the requirements you cannot withdraw your back big wins which will be their gain. If you're very concerned about KYC in a casino you should carefully go through their terms of service and read between the lines that is when you will notice that even though they are not asking for KYC during registration it doesn't mean that they won't ask for it when it matters to them. Many gamblers have come to accept KYC verifications to come up sooner or later in a gambling site and frankly I'm more concerned about a casino's reputation than whether they are a KYC casinos or not.

Been noticing more crypto casinos pushing the whole no KYC thing lately and tbh i think thats how crypto gambling should've worked from the start.

i mean whats the point of using crypto if you still gotta upload your passport, take selfies and wait for someone to approve your account just to play or withdraw your own money... that's lol...

Currently there are still a lot of sites that do Non-KYC but still on some occasions we also need KYC even though it is in sites that use crypto more as a medium in gambling.
In some moments in the ToS there are always exceptions even if the site becomes non KYC but when there are some things that must be completed in the end the site can also make KYC as a consideration if it is needed and usually if there are funds or actions of gamblers who are a little suspicious then maybe this can be a consideration from the site to carry out the policy but for ordinary gamblers I think this does not apply.

KYC or NonKYC gambling is actually back to choice and it depends on us as gamblers whether we want to use KYC or not but in some moments when we are very comfortable with certain sites even though the policy changes, it is possible for us to follow even though there is KYC in it.

I think some new casino that has embraced this type of strategy knows that there is high number of people that want to gamble but don't want to because of fear been identify and perhaps also fear what there government might do. As fun as gambling is, there are many countries that has banned gambling, they are strict with it, there is no hope for them.ti gamble that is why some of these casino came up with this strategy to give them a fiar ground with no KYC.

My fear is the after, it's easy to start a very difficult journey especially when you are going against governments. You may wake up one day with such casinos with excuse of bringing back kyc because of compliance. You don't know what some of them are capable of doing. Some may do it to get attraction from gamblers and once they are done getting the reach, they change the rules for all to compulsory KYC requirements.

When we play we do it to have fun and pass the time ok? This is obvious as well as well known, so we don't play to make money but to lose it and pass time.
Why should we give documents for this?

Theres already quite a few names around 'no KYC' sectore like BC.Game, Shuffle, Frenzy and others.. going for different levels of crypto-first experience and less friction. Not saying all of them are fully no KYC tho cause thats another story.

Personally i think people are getting tired of all these verification steps especially when some casinos only bring up KYC right when you try to withdraw - and thats probably the worst part of it for my humble opinion

Until you are ready to withdraw a big amount of money, that's when you will know if truly a online casino is KYC free or not, because these casinos aren't always loyal, they force you to KYC when you win.

Most times I believe that they aren't happy that you won, and they only way they can get away from paying you that money is forcing you to KYC and also hoping that you drop a ID that they can easily say no to.

I will believe in No KYC only if it's coming from a online casino like Stake, or maybe after several years I'd building reputation and accepting KYC they decided to stop and announce to the public that they will no longer accepts KYC for any amount of  money.

There are some casino that don't do this. I know there many bad eggs among the crowd but this does not mean non kyc casino have this habit. A casino that ask for your kcy can do the same. It's about the reputation of where you are playing your game.

The limitations with non kyc casino is withdrawal limits. You can't play on a non kyc and have all it takes to play in a kyc casino. You are probably going to have limits to amount you will be able to withdraw and this reset after e every 24 hours. If you are not caught cheating, doing anything malicious with the casino, they will let you withdraw your money. It's only casino with bad behaviors that do this thing and it's normal even in a kyc casinos.

Non KYC is just a marketing gimmick. In the end, when customers win big, casinos will ask them to complete KYC anyway. This doesn't happen just once or twice, but quite often. In this modern era, many crypto casinos require KYC, yet they are even bigger and have a better reputation. That's why KYC casinos tend to attract more players, and their customers don't seem to complain about it.

Theres already quite a few names around 'no KYC' sectore like BC.Game, Shuffle, Frenzy and others.. going for different levels of crypto-first experience and less friction. Not saying all of them are fully no KYC tho cause thats another story.

Personally i think people are getting tired of all these verification steps especially when some casinos only bring up KYC right when you try to withdraw - and thats probably the worst part of it for my humble opinion

but im just curious, if no-KYC is actually becoming the norm or its just another marketing thing ?

what do you guys think: would you trust a casino more if it doesn't ask for your docs or does that actually make it more suspicious? -_-

It is obvious that many of the casinos coming up this recent time are non kyc casinos, and it is so because they have discovered the interest of most gamblers, knowing too well they are more interested gambling on non kyc casino platforms. Actually many gamblers are not comfortable disclosing their real identity online because of experience, sometimes the information you expose online can be used against you maybe use it to tamper with your account, besides in some platforms, the process of account verification can be rigorous, and no gambler want to pass through those stress before placing bet. However, it is important that gamblers account should be well protected buy the gambling platforms because is one thing that makes a gambling site trust worthy.

Absolutely, I believe KYC verification is something we should take for granted especially if we are making withdrawals from an official online casino. This is one of the steps of identity verification and fraud prevention conducted by the online casino. I must admit that if gamers wish to provide their personal details, then they need to make sure whether they are comfortable with this. That is why it is very important to read terms and conditions of the casino before making any financial investments or using their services.

I generally agree that NoKYC advertising is often just used by casino to attract new player, especially those who value their privacy. But I still wouldn't say that absolutely all NoKYC casino are misleading their customer.
And I wouldn't say that player are comfortable handing over their document to big casino just because those casino have good reputation. Many simply understand that they won't be able to withdraw their money without completing KYC, so they practically have no choice.

Personally, what matters much more to me isn't NoKYC promise, but honest and transparent withdrawal term.  But when NoKYC is used as a marketing tool and casino only brings up possible verification after someone wins big, it's much harder to trust that service.
