Does forum allow this new costume of affiliate marketing?

Recently I made a topic about Playw3's "Be the boss" program to know what kind of experience people who participated in this program actually had so that I can basically identify if this "Be the boss" is really an affiliate marketing and yes according to many answers in this topic^(1,2) even from those who have real experience I am at least clear that this Play3's be the boss program is just an affiliate with an advanced version of marketing.

So now I want to put a question on this board: are members are allowed to make their own ANN thread by participating in this program, and is it also allowed to put the subdomain link in our posts?

I see it similar to a referral link that is not allowed in posts with exception is if you are a business owner or a campaign manager and need such link for tracking.
Otherwise, such links are only allowed in signature, personal text, and other fields of account profiles.

Exactly, and it becomes easier to decide whether this is right or wrong when you ask the following questions about this new "advertising model":
- Does the participant simply receive a commission for games they advertise there? Or do they actually "own" of them?
- Can they define their own promotions, terms and features?
- Who controls the deposits, processes withdrawals and resolves the problems?
- Does the advertisement clearly explain their relationship with Playw3, or is it an independent operation?

The answers is obvious! This is a new "referral model" and just because it is advertised differently does not mean it is allowed.
If necessary, the rules just need to be updated to cover this new case.

If they are all using the same root domain and their sites all look exactly the same, it should be considered spam and treated the same as affiliate advertising. They are making no effort whatsoever at creating something unique. It is just a way to keep making many topics about the same casino.

The Easy.PlayW3 account is the spammiest of all these accounts. They are writing very long walls of text and have made 19 posts in 24 hours. We don’t need this many ads for this hideous, vibe coded casino.

It's still an affiliate model.. I've seen several of these "be your own boss" schemes, and they're basically all the same.. They might have their own "brand," but they're doing it for someone else's business, promoting their products, in exchange for a share. I think there should be some restrictions on this because when more people know about this affiliate model, maybe more people will sign up on this forum and take usernames like this user and interact like "regular" users, even though the goal is clearly to drive more traffic to his link.

If you went to  playW3.com and check the be the boss program, there they were promoting this as like you will be the owner of your own casino but you can't do anything there except change some logo and design of the front end. That means all the control will be in the hands of the main operator playw3 even the bankroll.

Even I have no problem with the interface of all the websites, even the root domain is the same or with vibe coded casino. Mainly, I am not having any headache with the front end, but where they are promoting this, you are the owner of your own casino, but if they keep all the control I mean backend control- then how can I be the owner there even if they take all the bankroll risk?

I actually want to see the actions of the moderators or forum administrators, as no action has been taken against the two topics that were supposed to be locked or removed.

I actually opened a topic on this meta board yesterday but didn't report it until today and a few hours ago when I reported 1 and 2 topics I saw immediate action. Now the moderator has deleted both the topics. And at the same time, yes, I am now completely clear that the forum's stand is against this kind of new costume of affiliate marketing.

If you really don't see the referral link, then rub your eyes or water them and then look again, you will find the referral link in the name of the OP of that topic. Easy.Playw3.com from playw3.com
