The gambling board rule is, it should be one casino ANN thread only, so the very first one should stay, and the rest should be reported and lock even though they look like an affiliate unless someone from the casino as representative (with proofs) says those users are not affiliated with them and make a new ANN thread. Those kind of links as trackers are allowed only for the ANN thread but they should follow the ANn thread rule first on the board.
Exactly, and it becomes easier to decide whether this is right or wrong when you ask the following questions about this new "advertising model":
- Does the participant simply receive a commission for games they advertise there? Or do they actually "own" of them?
- Can they define their own promotions, terms and features?
- Who controls the deposits, processes withdrawals and resolves the problems?
- Does the advertisement clearly explain their relationship with Playw3, or is it an independent operation?
The answers is obvious! This is a new "referral model" and just because it is advertised differently does not mean it is allowed.
If necessary, the rules just need to be updated to cover this new case.
