One should stop gambling when they are not getting the excitement even while gambling, they just feel nothing after the session, but it is hard to be the case because people will feel excited when they are winning some real money. So this is about time management and spend some time when you are bored then you will feel the thrill and move on to your sucking real life, never use gambling as an escape mechanism from your financial burden, which will cause you even more financial trouble.

The moment you gamble to fix financial problems or chase losses, you're setting yourself up for disaster, so treating it purely as entertainment is important.
For me personally I have a simple rule whenever I sit down for a casino session, I crack open my first beer when I start and by the time I finish my 6th beer, the session is over no exceptions. Win or lose, that’s the end of the night.
The moment you start treating it as a way to chase money, you've already lost. If you treat it as fun and a relaxed evening with a few drinks, then whatever you win or lose at the end doesn't feel like a big deal either way.

For me, gambling shouldn’t reach the point where you cannot walk away from it.

So in all what you do knowing when to walk away from gambling matters a lot.  I don’t see any good reason why anyone wants to lose money before they’ll decide to take a break from the game.

So this question goes to the house:  what can really make you to quit gambling when you’re still winning?

Once you get to your profit target of the day will you stop or continue betting just because luck is on your side at that moment?
In addition to everything you just said above is the fact is that a gambler just needs to have the mentality that in gambling, the casino will always have a greater advantage over you as its customer, and the more you keep gambling, the greater the risk of losing what you just won back to the casino system, because that's exactly how it was designed to make its money over time.  And secondly, another thing gamblers need to avoid doing is to stop seeing gambling as their only means ofmaking more, because it's only when an indiviidual is desperate about making money that they tend to forget about the risk involved in gambling.
