There are several casinos that have flexible terms on claiming a bonus and if the Chasing.bet tries to make their term too strict for new players to try their casino, it may not go well for new users. The minimum deposit for a player should be reduced and not because their is awaiting bonus then the team should increase it. About the $5 they deposited in fact I have already returned a few of them. And I dont have all days just to asking them and sending them back the $5 that they deposited since I feel it will just let them do that again and again so that why I stopped giving it back to them. So for the person who said I will take it and set it as a trap just for $5 — I understand that person just wanted to mock me so he could keep spamming to earn money for his ad campaign. If you are failing to detect the multiple accounts, and your system is not enough to stop the abusers, it's basically your failure. Most professional casinos run their platform in stages at first, have beta testers and check the platform for months before they go online. People don't really care how much you spent or wasted. As long as there are bonuses to claim, there will be players who try to milk the casino. You have to prepare yourself to handle such behaviour.

Signed up and transferred my VIP from Stake via VIP transfer promotion. Got like $60 ($20 reloads for three days) and over all my experience is as par with industry standard. However 100x wagering requirement is just too much, IMO as you  have increased the minimum odds for clearing wagering in originals. They used the bonus funds to place extremely low-risk wagers — for example, Limbo at a 1.01x multiplier — which is a well-known technique to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk while preserving the bonus balance.

They then attempted to withdraw the resulting balance.

We do have that detection, but it would also ban people who are simply using the same VPN app—that's the reason we don't enable it. Also, the VIP transfer will be ending soon, so afterward we will decrease the minimum down to $5. The reason we increased it to $10 was solely to avoid abuse. I am not being mean or trying to insult anyone here; I simply don't appreciate people who come and spam my post with questions they should have researched before asking.
