There are several casinos that have flexible terms on claiming a bonus and if the Chasing.bet tries to make their term too strict for new players to try their casino, it may not go well for new users. About the $5 they deposited in fact I have already returned a few of them. And I dont have all days just to asking them and sending them back the $5 that they deposited since I feel it will just let them do that again and again so that why I stopped giving it back to them. Most professional casinos run their platform in stages at first, have beta testers and check the platform for months before they go online. People don't really care how much you spent or wasted. Signed up and transferred my VIP from Stake via VIP transfer promotion. Got like $60 ($20 reloads for three days) and over all my experience is as par with industry standard. However 100x wagering requirement is just too much, IMO as you  have increased the minimum odds for clearing wagering in originals. They used the bonus funds to place extremely low-risk wagers — for example, Limbo at a 1.01x multiplier — which is a well-known technique to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk while preserving the bonus balance.

They then attempted to withdraw the resulting balance.

I got it. But I was talking about stages and how casinos test their new features before they deploy them into production. I don't know how you test your new features or if you have a stage environment to test the features before you deploy. If you don't have it yet, you should consider having it. I understand that you lose your temper because you are spending your money, and some abusers are getting money for free, but the community is criticising you because you were trying to protect your platform from the abusers.

I see nothing wrong with the intention, but your way of handling it needs improvement. You have to be tricky and professional instead of being direct with the potential customers. You can make changes and post a professional announcement instead of calling them out. You know what I mean.
