there is no healthy energy drinks. it's full of caffeine - the same as coffee - regular drinking is causing too much preasure for heart.
coca doesn't cause as much pressure, but it's still legal cause it's not as addictive as cocaine

Chewing coca leaves is not a healthy option. It can increase the risk of hypertension if taken regularly.

Chewing coca leaves ... is not really good idea - but in some native tribes they are chewing them like a bubble gums hehe Perhaps they suffer hypertension later but ... why to not chew when it is growing around you heheh.. I think there are safer way to gives your body an energy. (perhaps sleep is the best? )

But I'm assuming these are for bursts of energy or staying up late? Cold water (like cold as possible) does the job for me.

And even if energy drink will give you possibility to not to sleep it will never gives you same focus ability as sleep will give.

True sleep beats all or a power nap that said energy drinks assume you can't sleep mumble 1500 word paper due tomorrow at 8am and you need to write it still at 6pm the evening before scenarios

So best energy drink is tranquilizers WTF? Tranquilizers are just the exact opposite of energy drinks. Tranquilizers help you to get some sleep, while energy drinks (especially the ones which contains plenty of caffeine and taurine) helps you to stay awake.

source burn hands down. not only did it taste amazing. like it wasn't a placebo joke like monster or redbull or full throttle, you could actually feel the effects, it was PACKED with absurd amounts of stimulants. it got bought out by coca cola though and became this i haven't seen it around or tried it since then though so idk what they changed if anything. probably isnt the same drink at all anymore.

Energy drinks are really bad for health, and better be avoided (I admit I do drink them from time to time and hope that I can by pass them sometime)
