I have tried a lot of different enegry drinks, and I also think Monster Green is the best tasting energy drink.
Taste-wise Monster and Red Bull are almost equal. But since Red Bull is twice as expensive as Monster, I prefer the latter. Other factors (such as he content of Caffeine and Taurine) is almost same. If that's true, I really have to try Monster Energy. I know those cans, but I haven't tried them yet. I think I will buy some when I'm in a supermarket again. I might leave a review then over here. Remind me otherwise! |

I just mix some honey and ginger in cold water and drink that. Sometimes I'll squeeze a little lemon in there too.

Don't know if anyone already posted this but: water. Stop drinking all these garbage drinks with chemicals in them whose name you can't even pronounce. You don't NEED to drink them. Water is the greatest drink on the planet. And if you need nutrition or carbs, eat something healthy.

I totally agree with you. But I don't think this energy drinks are useless; their caffeine is really usefull sometimes  . And that's what I use them for. But I agree, you shouldn't just drink these drinks like you drink water, just for the thirst.. |

Tried variety of energy drinks but lately drink GUARANA. Never drink Monster cuz i haven't seen it any market.  |

Experimented with caffeine binges a good bit. Started with energy drinks, moved to energy shots, then energy "squirts" (no, not diarrhea - name-brand, then generic caffeinated liquid "flavor enhancer).
In the end, gave all the goofy stuff up and went back to a pot of coffee per day. Easy to doctor, tame taste, no need to buy drinks at the store (though I'll admit to buying liquid creamer). Incidentally, creamer makes up, by leaps and bounds, most of my caloric intake (... when there's no fine cheese around, that is -- I'm a bit of a dairy freak). I haven't come up with a decent home-made alternative to it, yet... taking out the fat gives the coffee a "harsh" feeling going down the throat, like horribly sugary canned cake frosting (even if coffee has no sugar in it). Maybe should try lighter roasts.

I try it too this morning, and it really works,it taste very good,is healthy,refreshing and gives you energy......goodbye coffee and Red Bull! Thanks for the recipe! |

I used to drink any kind of energy drink, but it's total crap.
I used to mostly drink: Redbull or Bullit.
I'm glad I stopped drinking it, and no I didn't start to drink some other sugar drink.
Just water now it's the best!

My favourite is Guru. It contains quite less sugar than most of them (relying primarely on caffein for energy), and is generally more natural.
