Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

That looks like a dead project or an attempt not to look like a cybersquatter. NxtChg have you decided about the name? Or we staying with simcoin? (I personally prefer names without the word "coin") It's important to get this finalized before you can start the logo + style contest |

Looks like we are stuck with Simcoin.
Ok - Simcoin is cool. @ dzarmush you can start making the best logo ever  (p.s: I think NxtChg must be using something like this http://www.blockear.com/ but for messages that are posted in this thread - blazing fast response every time)I'll take part in a competiton if NxtChg decides to do one. I won't If someone is willing to give 100 BTC right now for my 3.5 BTC investment. I've already chosen my Porsche. Sheep detected I like the reaction. I only hope most part of initial investors would do that. In Qora everybody was also saying "not selling under 100 sat!!!" and now lots of people is dumping at 50. The same with Nem: "no sell orders under 100-150K Nxt for 1M coins!!!" and the price went down to 13K. |

I also will not repeat the same mistake BCNext did: he abandoned his creation to an idealistic vision of completely distributed and "headless" development. It was sad to see great ideas of NXT disintegrate like this. Instead, the source code will remain closed until my vision is implemented exactly as I planned it to be. I might be wrong in some decisions, but at least I will be coherent.
nxt has a very strong community with very capable people that’s for sure - hope simcoin community will grow like that. |
