Somewhere around spring 2015. March or something

In my opinion untill the end of this year we will be in the 800-1200$ range, but in the 2015 we will probably see the awesome five digits.

It is very bullish but it may arrive; once the markets understood that the USD will fall because Yellen will support the Federal deficit; the prices will go up tremendously in USD and Bitcoin will seem excellent compared to fiat currencies

That would be roughly 30% yearly increase.
Such increase would be considered great in 99.99% of investment, but would be considered disappointing in bitcoin lol. Grin

As much as we all wish, I'm going with never, it would just require to much to happen, and people would get greedy and start dumping coins and crashing the markets back again.

I seriously have no idea.
When I first heard of bitcoin in early 2013, the price was about $15 and people were saying it is over-priced.
When I first entered the bitcoin world, the price was about $100 and people were saying it is over-priced.

once it gets into several thousands.. people will eventually realize that its time to hodl...! this might take well over a 5-6years but i can see it getting up 10k one day..! one who'll buy it at $4k-$5K will just wait for it going up to that level

The same story is repeating yearly, everytime I read the same threads, it's a cycle that luckily for early hodlers won't finish soon.

Soon!

No, I think it will be years, but I'd be happy if it went back to 1000USD this year.

Never going to happen in such a small amount of time. I would say 5 years at the minimum.

Speculation... it's always pointless. 10k would be nice though.

All speculation is hardly pointless.

Speculation without any sources or base at all - that's pointless!

But isnt that what speculation is? Especially regarding bitcoin. You cant tell what the price is ever going to be so its silly.

What makes you say so? Isn't that what they said about bitcoins even being worth 10 usd in the beginning? Clowns should keep their opinions to themselves.

$10,000 is not unresonable.

If you asked me 100k, maybe. But we have a lot of hurdles to go before 10k reaches our grasp, and probably will not happen before mid 2015 at the earliest unless market picks up tremendously this year.
