Which is better to do at this point? Mine the coins at current difficulty or buy AsiaCoins off MintPal at 1200 sats?

Mine coins of course because we will reach the threshold much faster.

Well I rent rigs so I was just wondering which would net me more coins, mining or buying at this point. Don't want to rent rigs and get less coins than what I can get on MintPal.

I know if I had BTC (of any amount) to buy some AC with I would definitely buy some at this price, I have full faith in this coin so at this price it'd be hard not to. Maybe you could do both?

You are right. I'm doing half mining, half buying. Thanks!

Is it a good time to buy AC at 1300?

Yes. It's cheap. Should be worth at least +10K sats after POW phase is completed.

I hear the dev has disappeared, is there any truth to this?

If you're happy with our work on AsiaCoin revival, please consider giving us trust feedback and provide donations to the new AsiaCoin Foundation.

Nope. AsiaCoin has gotten so popular so fast that the dev is shocked. If you want your AsiaCoins, then either mine it with rentals or buy it off the exchanges.

The coin should start increasing in value shortly. Today a lot of multipools cashed out. It actually worked out pretty well as it is a steal at the current price. I have been mining non stop since it came out and couldn't resist buying some today as well.
