Could some one explain how coins are being minted at the moment. I mean all the coinage is counted up from this day onward, correct? Then how come some one has already 2 weeks old coins?

My understanding is that a coin's age is the date/time it is confirmed inside your wallet (correct?). So, if that's correct, those who have some coins from launch would start to see some staking happening. Now keep in mind, POS involves some factors (including luck?) like mining does... i've seen other posts in POS coins where you might get an orphan POS but overall you'll get the stake over time. |
