Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I went 10:1 long at $6.39 last night, placed a limit order at $6.50, and went to sleep.  I just woke up to find that my limit order was executed at $6.73.  I think it did it right.   Grin

Bitcoin Fact: the price of bitcoin will not be greater than $70k for more than 25 consecutive days at any point in the rest of recorded human history.

lol

I went 10:1 long again with a couple bitcoins when there was a really tight spread under $6.75.  If that works out it'll be my 3rd profitable long position in 24hrs.

You'll get wiped out with 50% chance if we go to 7.2.  You should reconsider.

I don' get this one - what do you want to achieve with this order?

I have to state that i am kind of new to this hole bitcoinica thing (not even registered yet), so maybe you want to explain this to me.

I'm going to buy 100,000 BTC when the price reaches $6.99.

That was clear to me. But why you want to buy at 6.99 and not at 6.90 (i.e.)?

Hmmm, good point.  I changed my mind.  I'm going short:

LOL!  i've come to like you more and more with each passing comment.  at least you have a sense of humor unlike some of the bad bears around here.

point being, these screen shots are worthless since the display can be manipulated.

"myself" above, didn't even bother to remove the "You don't have any active positions yet.  Why not place an order now?"
