You receive them empty and you can charge them with bank transfer to the IBAN.

How do I find my account number and swift code, letter is in polish so a little confused.

for those who can't find IBAN. It's located on cards on letter attached to card - 'Nr rachunku karty' and on the card. Just add PL before it, and You'll get full iban. BIC/SWIFT is BREXPLPWMBK
