dump to 800 soon soon !!!  Now you might be right. Waffle finally dumping faster. Waffle has 5.5M wc Unconfirmed , dumping ! I'm confused and its not hard to do but hasn't this been a constant now for 2 days? |

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

But now it looks like it's increasing. |

They are balancing their hashrate on being immediately best profitable. As others are hashing they are reducing theirs |
