Are the cards from a bank or some obscure Jordanian provider?
Are you selling the cards inside a letter unopened from the bank/provider or do you have access to all the details of the card?
If I understood correctly, we can only top-up those cards by using third-party systems of payment that allow withdrawals to a debit card, like paypal or maybe BTC-e.

If I understood correctly, we can only top-up those cards by using third-party systems of payment that allow withdrawals to a debit card, like paypal or maybe BTC-e.

the card are from bank and are 100% legal, and i can have access to all the details, i can provide a link of my other store on the net, i have +200 happy customer.
for the last point yes you can only top-up those cards by using third-party systems.

It would be much more secure if you sold the cards inside the unopened letter from the bank.

thank you for your advice, i know about that, but i already have my customer and they trust me, just want to reach some other (international customer) but if i can't it's not a problem

third party as paypal,skrill...ect everywhere visa is accepted, it's the unique method to top up the card.

So in order to top up the card I have to use a paypal account? Well what if i don't want to use my personal information for paypal? How would i top it up then?
