Why poloniex has frozen ITC deposit? does any one know?

If you want to hold ITC no trade platform is perfect So why you know polo frozen?(kidding)

Maybe we should start to collect some pledges for a multipool beside the official bounty from the dev.
I pledge 10k ITC for the creation of a multipool.
All others, who have already got their stake should also pledge some ITC.

Pledges for the multipool so far:
500k - Official bounty from the Dev
10k - Philll90 (lv5)
6k - romawi (lv3)
5k - mohammedfaiz143
10k - monoxide (lv3)
10k - securedform
10k - kcanup
5k - atleticofa

I'll check the thread at least every day and update the list.

Now the distribution is almost over and we have 300+ stakeholders but only 7 pledges so far.

Just make myself the starter,not the one who can control everything.It is everyone's community.And will try my best to support our community.Also the dev team and marketing team need to  setup,need some person with strong influence.

Forget to mention, I can start Thunderclap campaign, already successfully finished 2 and 1 in progress and doing very well. This campaign can be my first contribution to ITC. Also, I would like to suggest twitter whales (stakeholders indeed) to organise twitter marketing group, I can't take it, because I am UTC+6 and can just join group with my ~500 followers and RT promo tweets.
