I had the same issue but with Bitcoin withdrawals a few weeks ago. They told me to be patient and after a day and 12 hours, I've finally received my BTC to my wallet. I guess they are having issues with withdrawing, as other users reported the same with another alt coin called CasinoCoin. That is why I don't use Cryptsy mostly because of this. I'd prefer Poloniex or Bittrex.

Yes, I fully support this. People should move their trade to Biitrex until Crypsty solves this problem. I dont think it s smart to leave a lot of coins on Cryptsy.

Guys you need to get out of Cryptsy that exchange is going to collapse soon and it takes forever for transactions which in a world of arbitrage and volatile markets is not ideal what so ever.  Also if you use coinwallet they have been having problems putting currencies on pause until issues are resolved without notice.  I say this because diamond was just added to coinwallet in their stake pool.  Be careful

the difference is palpable. Cryptsy up to 0.00077030, bittrex up to 0.00069719. but now the price on bittrex also significantly lower - Buying 0.00063020

we opened a support ticket

if the situation doesnt change we have to code a switch to bittrex into our services

in case cryptsy recovers we could let our service dynamical each time check for the cheaper exchange

there will be no loss just a delay if there is really one conversion round not finished by cryptsy i will cover the loss out of my own pocket

ur mining at DMD multipool is not lost just conversion to DMD delayed

update DMD did arrive so seems cryptsy working again
we still aim to add support for other exchanges too
to be prepared in case something go wrong
or if most trading value DMD exchange is no longer cryptsy
