It's effective 100% which means it doubles the output of the current network reward. So with reward reduction to 25% you will get 50%.

Diamond has a unique way of reaching trigger points based on number of coins and not number nof blocks; this is a way more accurate and predictable way of modeling the coin rollout.

As far as I understood it's possible to buy 2,5k and stake it until 3k. Then, after 3k, you need to specify another address for staking rewards. If it goes more than 3k the staking bonus it's not active anymore. Same for 15k address.

Sorry I'm a bit confused.  So if one was to get a legendary they would just need to transfer their existing coins to the address?  Would they need to install a new wallet on another computer?

The name of the exchange doesn't sounds legit.
If this chinese exchange should be successful then they should change the website template especially it looks like a Cryptsy clone.
This isn't a good start in the exchange world of Bitcoin.

This totally looks like a clone of the Cryptsy exchange. But this Chinese exchange can prove itself to be a successful one if there is enough trading activity there. It is a good thing they are buying and selling DMD. This could make a positive effect on DMD's marketcap (I think).
