To have put this coin out now without integrated, fully-tested coin-control from day one says to me that you're just in a rush to get the 'first X-11 PoS/PoW' label to trade off, to make you loads of personal dosh. I don't buy the 'foundation' stuff, just window dressing for the sheeple.
Yet I'll still mine.
I understand the mechanics of the coin, the market & PEOPLE enough to be confident that this is no more of a scam than 99% of the other alt-coins.
That this will be 'efficient use of my hash-power' for the PoW phase, that I have the nous & patience to make the best of my 'reward' through the PoS phase.
Many don't have those gifts.
I bless you & pray that they will be gifted to you one day.

just a few comments here
first of all as others have commented establishing a 'foundation' vs. premining the coins 'freicon' style amounts to the same
at least freicon has their stuff available to view what they plan to do with the coins , charities ect...
also , on proof of stake,
by having such a short time frame for proof of work mining you are designing a coin that is just tilted to benefit few vs. many and thus have less chance of any long term success (other than pumping and dumping or 'exchanging this for bitcoin' which is what about 98% of the people who post or visit this forum are here for anyway.)
why not have proof of work for a month, a few months at least, then people would have a chance to hear about your project and get involved
finally decreasing the proof of stake so low after several years is the worst design .....
I am not saying it should increase but at least keep level. This alone is an incentive for people NOT to hold the coins long term.
The entire thing sounds like a 'crafted' , 'timed' scheme to accomplish one thing.
Create a situation where a few people (the insiders) will be able to 'exchange' this for bitcoin
As I said not just members who post only in the bitcoin section, a majority also of those who post in the alt coin section of this board care nothing at all about the long term success of any alt coin. For the majority their only aim is to 'get to an exchange'.......
Good luck with your coin , I imagine it will be listed on every major exchange a week after it's release.
After seeing this play out so many times before not hard to predict where it is headed.
