Nethash decrease because PoS block is setting up for short time in order to easy mint in PoS phase, that's the reason why net hash jump crazy each time PoS block is generated.
Nethash decrease while total hash still high, that's the reason why PoW block is generated fast.

Latest version 10.9.2 My friend said that he tested the second wallet on both OSX 10.9 and 10.8 I have a working and stable build tested on both OSX 10.9 and 10.8.
