cpu miner is not working at all. it only work with gpu miner.

debug console -> setgenerate true

No, you cannot use it. We remove it in our code. You have to use CPU miner if you want to use CPU.

I was mining on maxminer. :/

Had any problems ? Diff is fluctuating much which makes it difficult to mine atm.. Lots of people are mining this coin right now, lots !

Yeah no, it's just my speed I think, some blocks I don't get any reward when they are found in the pool. Sad

Yes this was during the low diff blocks, when you are not fast enough to submit a share for it.. It should even out with the high diff blocks.

Diff jumps are a bit weird..

What's the other pool config where they count the shares from blocks before and add them to the one you find in case you didn't find one that time?

That would be good for slower miners.

This is true.. This coin is missing a PPLNS Pool, Prop is bad because rounds are so short.

Well, there are only around 2300 Blocks left, so it is probably too late now.. We have no spare server free to set up another pool and its really a pita changing payout methods in the middle of a running pool... It will probably mess up the whole payouts so it is a no go for us.

What's up with the mac wallet:
I get the message "Summercoin-QT is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the trash. I get this message with both the mac wallets  Huh

What's your OS X version?

Latest version 10.9.2

did you try to remove all files except wallet.dat and reopen it ?

Ah It should be in library-application support right? I can find all my other wallets there with their respective wallet.dat files however I cannot find summer coin there. I think it has to do with the fact I couldn't get it to open even once.

I've enabled "allow apps downloaded from anywhere" and now I do not get the error message however the application will still not open..

When I try to open the program it doesn't even start bouncing. (mac users will know what I mean). Any help would be very much appreciated. I've got multiple btc worth of summer pool begging to be put in a wallet to create stakes.  Sad

I've sent my stratum to several Poolops, some then decided not to add the Pool because mining period ends soon, a pity and lost time.. (and i've no idea what they wanted the stratum for then...)

I have no feedback from others as well, only HH, MM and MH got it up and running finally...(from like around 10 pools)

PPLNS is also not the answer to the problem here as PPLNS is based on submitted shares .. If a miner is too slow to send shares or all shares are rejected, he will also not get paid.. It is as easy as that: No Share - No Dough .. With all Payout methods.. PPS, PPLNS, PropS.

The true answer would be a fully, for the coin optimized stratum (based on block time).. But time is just too short and I can't test on a live system (suprnova) while > 1.000 miners are in and actively mining, they'd kill me if they'd need to reconnect all the time ^^
It is running not too bad though.... Just when diff jumps massively... vardiff then should have to retarget immediately which simply comes too late (block with low diff has already been found while vardiff is still high, next block is high again, vardiff is now low and retargets again etc..)
