I can't seem to get the wallet to sync past 6.95%. I tried -rescan and I tried a clean install on both 1.0.1.4 and 1.0.1.5. I've also copied most of the pertinent info from the OP to a .conf file

I have a few ZS on a pool, but I'm not transferring them to the wallet until I can get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.
went through that today. try restarting the wallet after it stops updating. Do so until you download first 12k blocks - after that the things go smoother. Probably there were too many orphan blocks in the beginning and that is what causes the sync stops.

Thanks. I've been trying this all night. I got stopped at 9501 and I made it to 9504. So...I'm making a little progress.

Just watch it close and every time it stops close and reopen it. After about 12-15% you should be good

Why is the volume so low ? There are only 2 transactions at mintpal for today. If we continue this way, I'm affraid Zimstake will get delisted from mintpal and other exchangers. We need more buy support !!

There is currently 0 incentive to buy ZS. The only thing on the horizon that will remotely cause any demand is the addition of anon features. CG said that he will release an anon wallet by 9 Aug or so. ZS holders just have to hope and pray that it does not get delisted before then. It is ridiculous that a coin with 3.8M money supply trades <1000 sats.

It would be a good thing if ZS is delisted from MP. It shouldn't have been there to start with, then it would have still traded around 8-10k. Community should fight to remain on Bittrex and if that goes at least be on C-CEX. If Bittrex listing can remain until anon wallet is released there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I think we shouldn't paint the picture more black than it is. If we look at volume at price, you will see that there are not that many coins that are sold below 1k sat, which is a good sign in this bad situation.
I agree with the rest, we need more catchy news to turn this recent misery into panic buying.
Now, whether listing on Mintpal has something to do with that I am not so convinced - but I don't want to open this discussion once again, you may go back about 20 pages in this topic and you will find it there.
In any case, I would avoid situation in which we are listed only on one exchange of decent volume as it may put unnecessary pressure on the dev team from the exchange operator.

I know there is a large amount of intrinsic value not reflected in the price with Zimstake in that A) It's not in the scam or P&D coin category where 70% - 80% of alts fall. B) It has a stable, well-designed wallet that has been staking successful without issue for months.  Absolutely the volume has to pick up and all of us are scratching our heads and brainstorming the best ways to achieve that but through multiple fronts eventually I believe this can be accomplished as long as key members stay engaged and continue to throw out ideas and initiatives until things start to stick.

Now icecube45 get off your ass and finish that custom multi-pool.  Wink

The easiest way is to message me on IRC. If I don't reply in within a couple hours, send me a message on here or on twitter.

Greetings,

Some (provably fair) dice games have been created for Zimstake:

http://cryptap.us/zs/dice

Feedback is welcome.

played 4;1 lost 2 zim in 4 rounds played 10:1 never won played ABOUT TEN ROUNDS

If you are questioning if you really did lose those games, they are provably fair. Once the secret key for today is published I invite you to use the provided code to check my work. If you (or anyone) find a flaw in the logic I think a bounty would be in order and I would gladly pay, say 500 ZS.

my thoughts

site is bland no colors or pictures
game needs a chatroom with random lotto
game needs to be fun like spin a wheel or pick a box

overall  3/10 sorry way more fun games out there  that are less random. as a gambler i want to do something other than paste addys and send coin

also a player wallet would be great than i could deposit my fun money and play rather than pasting addys  if u want help with pictures animations let me know ive done 100's of billboards

this is my fav game  www.luckyb.it

Noted. The games you describe all sound like odds-based games so the logic exists to create them. I should say that I have no interest in creating games that use deposits and having to run a hot-wallet. I am much more interested in games that use the blockchain, like Satoshi Dice (which makes the games usable on any platform like android). The site look is addressed in my next post, SrsCrypto has already kindly pinged me with css help, otherwise I appreciate your offer of assistance. My interest is in game logic so if the community has artistic input I welcome integrating it.

Thanks for the feedback!

User roadies did in fact find a flaw in these games that has been fixed for some of my other projects, I have payed him a bounty:

500 ZS to E9heGit3jzKB8Vf466NDSY386Rpp9sLRxA, txid: d9b6aefc2feac6d4f927c6ee3624b79973dc53c780c8ef3138ae84d76acbf097

Unfortunately, due to limited resources these games will not return.

Try the following (you only need to download one, I just put up two links in case one did not work):
Download (Mega)
Download (MediaFire)
This is my Zimstake blockchain.

1) Make sure the Zimstake client is closed.
2) Delete everything in you Zimstake Appdata folder (except the wallet.dat file of course).
3) Extract the files from the .zip and place them in your Zimstake AppData folder.
4) Open Zimstake client.

Let me know if this works for you!
