Let's see, there are some that are so bad they are good.
But that depends, some are intended to be bad, like Sharknado. They are not funny or amusing to me, it's just an exaggeration and they know they are doing a bad movie, wink wink.
Then there are genuinely bad movies like Troll 2 where the funny part is how incompetent the crew and actors are, so you laugh at them. My personal favorite is "Hard Ticket To Hawaii". Just google some youtube videos, it's great.

As much as I like David Cronenberg and his style, I just really, really hated Stereo and Crimes of the Future.
I couldn't watch them at all.
