But the PoS and PoW chains don't affect each other like that, a PoS block being found doesn't invalidate current PoW work, only a PoW block being found does that. You can see this by the fact that PoS and PoW have different block target times (20s Pos 120s Pow, PoW/PoS indepentant, see the OP), and if you check the block explorer you will see that they are not evenly spread out.

I must be mining on the PoS chain then.... look at those block times.  This is mining on Hash@me.

Stratum detects the new blocks, but it doesn't send work resets, all it does is change where the next PoW block will be in the blockchain. Check the OP of this thread. Smiley

BTW that is some sweet hashrate the GTX780 is giving you!  Cool

I get 10-11K on a single 780 @ 1200Mhz.

I'm using 1.2 and getting just about the same on a 750Ti.

Failover is achieved with ccManager.

It's a bit much with 3 unlock buttons / features in the v1.4 wallet, just saying. Wink The new button in the menu and from drops down would have been enough. Smiley Maybe for version 1.5.

Reduced by 10% to 34,867.84 JPC per block, but looks like someone won (a fairy small) jackpot. Checking the blockchain now....

A few pages back I posted a fairly detailed explanation of how staking works.  Check my post history, it should be one of my more recent ones.

Here it is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=584481.msg7632964#msg7632964

Holy crap you've had/got a lot of JPC atomrigs!  Shocked

Thanks for the new block explorer, it should be added to the OP, because the original one is really bad...says too many transactions for almost every address.

Could someone make a jackpot block tracker make it easier for people to see the jackpot blocks that have been found?

That address is not mine.  Wink

Okay, we will work on the jackpot tracker as well then.
Also a new rich list will be available too.
