Great News from C-cex -- First Exchange ever giving POS stakes rewards..

What this means:

POS are generated stakes when you have your coins in your wallet for a certain period of time...
If you have them in an exchange ... you simply dont get stakes.....

Whats different on C-cex

Coins deposited and placed on sell orders...if they reach their Stake-Age-Mature time...
They generate other coins...
These coins are credited on the user's account.. without having to do anything, from the user side..
SO SIMPLE!!!

VISIT c-cex and try it for yourself.... Dont loose stakes anymore...!!!

nvm

me acting silly.

about c-cex:

wonder how it technically works.

how is the registration being done.

ie.

if i send 10k coins, do i get stake of these 10k coin?

and what if i sell 2k? what will happen, do i get the stake of the 10k coin?

or do i get 80% of the stake on the 10k coin?

and what happens when the coin gets turned around multiple times.

any coin that makes me a profit.

Pool:

https://bdg.suprnova.cc

Still 0 % fee

Hop in, we've got several X11 pools running, everything is fine, pm me if any problems arise

Payouts every 60 seconds
Never had problems with payouts
Rock-Solid
0% fee (still!)
Support via PN, IRC or Mail
The Day 1 Badger Pool

Please make sure to switch your rigs when Pow Ends

Would be best if you turn off stratum on the BDG pool so miners switch to backup pools on another coin.

We can't all be standing by to switch these manual in many cases.

Thanks

Ok I'll try.. do we have a ETA now ? I'll make me a reminder

Just a short reminder, i've updated "Getting Started" now, but please stop mining with Scrypt !

It is an X11 Coin ! You need to mine with the darkcoin Kernel ! (e.g. sgminer -k darkcoin ...)

thx !

Ah things seem to get more interesting, we just had a nice DDoS Attack against the Pool, no shares were lost, i lasted only a few seconds until it was filtered/mitigated..

Just to let you know if you saw a short hiccup, everything should be running fine though.
Can you give the reason why people would DDOS your server?   To lower the difficulty so they can mine faster?  To hope to hack your server during the chaos of the DDOS attack?  What do you believe is the reason all these mining pools get DDOSed?

I would also like to ustand why...
Can somebody explain it to us?
Thank u!

If they major holders of Badger AND ALL OF US HOLD OUR COINS, I think it can go higher than .0005.  Remember, this is a very rare coin with only 10million total circulation.  That is less than half the circulation of Darkcoin and Darkcoin is at .0049!  Again, this is a very rare coin with many millions more to come for us in the POS stage!!  HOLD THEM COINS IN THE WALLET!!!

its even more little... because of these pos blocks... less pow blocks will be mined ( since pow will stop at a fixed block ).

ie if we have 1000 pos blocks before pow is over this means 160k less coins.

i havent counted them yet... but i think there are more.

6mil pow coins and then it takes about 2.5-3 years to reach 10mil.

so in fact its a 6.5mil coin.

ie http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/Badgercoin half atm pos blocks

any coin that makes me a profit.

Why does the wallet not display things such as proof-of-stake, netstakeweight, stakeinterest etc when using the common "getmininginfo" command? Should this not be present in the wallet/code already? Without these, how will the coins stake? If the code for staking is present, then why not make these available (should be baked in from the start even though the coin has yet to reach PoS stage)?
