Once the feeshare sale is over, what is the total number of coins ever exist?

ShareCoin Re-Distribution

ShareCoin generated from FeeShares sale will be distributed back to the community in 2 ways:
MultiPool distribution: ShareCoin are distributed to the Multipool's miners at the current market price. As the ShareCoin are taken from the FeeShares sell, this won't affect the market price. Threrefore, miners are getting ShareCoin at the best rate available. Join our multipool at:
Exchange interest: Keeping ShareCoin inside the exchange will let you earn interest on ShareCoin itself. The interest rate is twice as much the ShareCoin's stake interest rate at that time.

Current Total is only 100 000 000 coins

In order to sell 50% of the FEE SHARES, we need
50,000 FEE SHARE * 20 000 = 1000 000 000 coins.

So the 100% of the FEESHARES 100 000 are effectively worth 2 Billion share coins.
But we only have 100 million coins to start with.

I am confused?  Huh

Of course it will rotate. Pool miners will get more ShareCoin from that used to buy FeeShare which will again go out to the multi-pool etc. That SHARE will go back to the exchange to allow it to be used to by more fee shares.

Also, apparently SHARE is being mined by the exchange at double interest rate. Which is strange to me. How is that coin being generated? I hope the dev can explain that. EDIT: Ok, maybe it is not PoS interest, but it is paid from the FeeShare purchases.

But, yes, it will take a while.

The initial sale only offers 5,000 FEEs. that's 100,000,000 ShareCoin in total.
ShareCoins generated from FeeShare will be distributed back to the community through the exchange's interest and the multipool.
But when you do the payout to the shareholders, they will only get 0.001% of the profits,
even though there are only 5000 FeeShare (5% of the total shares you are planning to create in future) are there to start with, right?

or do you see the 5000 shares as  50% until you do the further distribution of fee shares, and calculate the profit sharing according to
the total number of feeshares present at any given point of time?

are 20000 SHARE / 1 FEE now gonna be same 20000 SHARE / 1 FEE in next week? or next month?
can we sell our seat (FEE) in the future (like 6 month later or a year later)?

a FEE_BTC market will be opened when the initial FeeShare sale close so you can trade FEE for BTC if you want. The rate 20000 SHARE / 1 FEE will be the same forever, this rate will never change.

i dont know why but some reason i wish you not open FEE/BTC but FEE/SHARE lol  Grin ,
anyway great work dev , really appreciate your works.

Half of the interest are paid by minted coins. The other half is paid by the ShareCoin in the exchange's wallet. When ShareCoin in the wallet is dry out, another sale of FeeShare will open. This progress will keep repeating untill all 50% of FeeShare (50,000) are distributed to the community. Smiley

"Security & transparency
Earlier someone asked about the security of the exchange. I'm surprised it didn't spark a discussion."

That's exactly why I feel safe at Bittrex. only 3 guys, all have degrees in computer programing/security. The only degree I have is 3rd degree burns,

Also, do Sharex plan to do regular audits?
Here a good article about this topic: http://www.coindesk.com/exchanges-must-still-prove-themselves-customers/

Profit sharing (FeeShares)
How will it work? Do Sharex staff will keep a % of them that will never be sold? Or else, how the staff, server etc will be paid? Will you re-invest some of the profit to allow the business to grow?

I believe that anyone can purchase any amount of all feeshares. Those with feeshares get .001% of... net or gross still not sure. Probably after expenses or 'net'

DEV? care to clarify?

as much as i wanted to read the clarification from dev, i think he is sleeping now ^^,

Doubt that..unless he's sleeping at the exchange Grin
Actually I was working on the deployment. Haven't been slept for 30 hours.
The FeeShare sale is now officially up. Come check it out guys: https://sharexcoin.com/fee_shares/about Smiley

Thank you. I just added the link to the subreddit.

I expect they are front loading their profits to pay for upfront dev costs and stuff. Remember, the devs got 0 coin in this, yet they (he) spent all his time, money and energy setting everything up. That said, I'm sure they will only be paying out 5% of the revenue at the beginning.

feeshares are extremly expensive...

I'm not sure how that can be evaluate since we don't know the ROI on a FeeShare. At current prices a FeeShare is about $46. But, how much will that pay over a year in dividends?

Maybe Zip can give us a projected weekly revenue number for the exchange so we can determine if the FeeShare is expensive or in fact a bargin?

Also, you can think of it this way... if you were in on the initial Free distribution of ShareCoin, you were give @ 3 free FeeShares.

Thats fair I think for all the dev effort and upfront costs.
So in effect, the public will be getting 5% of the revenue and the remaining 95% (50% for the dev effort + 45% of the non-existent future shares  Huh) will be kept by the devs when we start.

Yep, now I wish I had bought all those ridiculously cheap SHARE that many of the dumpers were selling at. Maybe there is still a chance to get some more cheap since there are probably a few hundred who have yet to get their initial distribution.
