I need a small loan of 0.01BTC to the address 1EURoKkC27Yj4CbWfScVCKzqtmA3o5wCjN. I will repay in a maximum of five days. I can provide 0.5 LTC as collateral. Interest rate is up to you.

Sorry to ask, but why you just go and open cryptsy account and sell your ltc for btc and withdraw .. this should take less time then creating your first post ..or am I missing the point ?

You should read the "Why don't I sell my collateral" section here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0

That is mainly about physical collateral.

But ok I dont care what you do, its just that if you exchange your ltc to btc ... will cost you nothing. Doing it your way, you have to pay interest and create topic etc ..

good luck with your business plan Wink

In a nutshell:
Alt coin collateral is given with the anticipation of the value of said alt coin rising.

Look its just my personal opinion, but I find that as a pure nonsense when someone has 0.5 ltc and wants 0.01 btc ... and ask for a loan and put 0.5 ltc as a collateral Smiley

Maybe im retarded I dont know ... but i really dont see sense in that

I have my reasons to think that LTC will rise a bit over the next few days.

Ok so you are going to buy LTC for borrowed btc right ? anyway its 0.01 btc and potential earnings are like 0.1 usd ? ....

as I said, I do not judge you, I do not laught at you, I just do not see sense in that Wink But maybe you are outside of a box Tongue as colleague mentioned above Wink

It seems you have another accout: "Xevox" - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=318042 (and u gave yourself a compliment - how cute: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=580458.msg6418053#msg6418053 ) There is nothing very wrong with that, just bit weird I guess.

The problem with documents/IDs/doctor notes is that we cannot sell it in case you default on the loan. Now while I personally value my IDs more than 4 BTC, generally scammers don't or just give fake/modified documents.

Sorry to say, but I highly doubt anyone will give you 4 BTC like this.

Xevox is my brother. but okay I understand if people wont lend to me because of that.

Do you have any collateral ? Smiley If you can send me some gold or silver Cheesy or something similr in value more than 6Btc I will lend you 4btc

Looks like you just want to troll.  Wink

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Repayment received. Where(address) would you like your collateral returned?

Congratulations Smiley Just throwing this out there, if in the future you'd like a loan up to $10/$50 USD without putting up collateral, take a look at my thread Smiley I charge sane interest rates.

Collateral received, positive trust left.

KWH, can you do the same too? Also, some feedback on my reputation thread would be nice Smiley

To be honest, I don't think loans with collateral are much of a reason to leave trust, as obviously they don't require any trust. Else everyone would just boost their trust by taking out loans with collateral from trusted members. Just my two cents, though.

Well, as you wish, I'd appreciate it if you did, but it's okay if you don't.

I can see your point but if the feedback left shows 0 BTC risked OR leave the feedback on their Feedback Thread.
We had issues awhile back where people would take out ultra small loans just to bump Trust. So, perhaps the latter would suffice for the borrower?

I would prefer both, obviously, or the trust, but leave what you like :3

Feedback thread is good, yes, as it can still be referred to. Trust can be misleading as a 0 BTC feedback left is basically the same as a 0.1 BTC feedback left. I think for it to count as another feedback it has to be 50 BTC feedback risked, or something like that.
