there are some different ideas about the division, but the first problem is that i have no ability to create new icon, if some give me new icon and new name, i will try to release new coin for testing.

Why the need for a whole new brand at all? Just call it Pennies v2 (CENT2) and use the same logo. It worked just fine for Saturncoin, cryptsy just announced they completed a division by 1000 on the SAT coins they held and opened a new market to trade the converted coins:

Why reinvent the wheel? Cryptsy have now set a precedent by showing they're prepared to deal with coin division and being that they still have customers that hold CENT I'm sure they'll be receptive to doing the same for Pennies.

Yes, exactly.  DO NOT changed the name and logo.  Only chance of getting back on Cryptsy is with a v2 of Pennies.  CENT2 sounds great to me and like Petr1fied said, there is now a precedent at Cryptsy to get it done.

Keep up the hard work Rozu!

Mintpal also has implemented and I think in fact been Mintpal Cryptsy and those who have occupied 100% of the exchange * 1 SAT2 1000 SATs.
All investors in SAT ALL your coins deposited in the two exchanges and they took care of the exchange process.

Notwithstanding the SAT was more concrete than would CENT.
Had 7.7 billion of SATs and SAT2 were created with a premine 100% bone 7,700,000. For CENT the problem is that we do not know how many actually circulating whereby a hypothetical premine of 49 billion (if we think like many, many of these coins have been lost) would premine worrying.

I guess it's very difficult to get, but it would be ideal to know how many actually circulate CENTs

We know how many coins have been created but it's impossible to know how many have been destroyed by way of wallet deletion/corruption etc. In all likelyhood Cryptsy's wallet(s) probably hold the majority of coins that have ever been created.

Any coins not reissued from a premine of a relaunched coin could be dumped to an unrecoverable address after a specific deadline. It's been done before.

Using the same method as they do by visiting this site and adding this:
Code:
0400000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

To 1 - Public ECDSA Key and clicking Send.

Then replacing 00 with 37 (Hex of 55 for the 'P' prefix) at the start of 4 - Adding network bytes to 3 and then clicking Send gives us this Pennies address:
Code:
PDzkQdJUUQNKMPdoL54Hi5LBsp84dzidpQ

Nobody knows the Private Key for this address and the chances of happening on it accidentally is astronomical.

Any coins sent to it would essentially be lost forever and the destruction transaction id's could be made public so that people can verify the coins were actually sent to that address.

That's great!
You could do the conversion and once finished I guess also would know the total coins CENT2 not?
Now who would take care of the destruction of the remaining coins and as anyone can do to take advantage of that?

LOL
It's a good idea
when cent2 launched, someone can sell premined cent2 on "cryptsy"  and sell cent on "ecoinfund",etc

PS:
And we can do something:
BTC2
LTC2
etc.
Oh, this is a good way to make wealth

LOL
It's a good idea
when cent2 launched, someone can sell premined cent2 on "cryptsy"  and sell cent on "ecoinfund",etc

That wouldn't be the case at all. Any active exchanges would have to be consulted and advised to close their CENT market until they've exchanged their CENT for CENT2 at which point they would be able to credit their clients the new divisible amount.

Do you honestly think cryptsy will ever add it back with the current coin supply having gone to the very bottom of the BTC, LTC and XPM markets (the XPM market doesn't even exist anymore).

Are you really content with trading CENT at 3 exchanges that have very low volume?
