There seems to be little interest in this coin on the markets.  We are in danger of being delisted entirely, which would pretty much doom our future efforts.

If you are a miner, hit the UVC multipool.  If you are a trader, go create some volume.  If we don't, UVC will go away.

Couldn't have said it better myself. We got the new windows wallet to finally compile last night. The Release will be coming very soon! We will be on bittrex trading all night!

We lack of practical application, if some universities accept the COINS, I want to increase in value is beyond measure.

Well, today we had very decent volumes on bittrex and poloniex. I prefer to trade on Bittrex, but I'll focus on Poloniex from now on because it's volume has been low.
I sent the newly compiled Windows Wallet to Mr. UVC to let him do some testing. Small changes in this one, but it shows that we have control of the source.

Much has happened in the last week and we have exciting news! Our first update to the Windows wallet has finally come. Our dev team is doing the final testing and we will have the download up by the end of the weekend.

We also have a fundraiser taking place on the beautiful University of Minnesota campus this weekend. We are hosting a Bocce Ball tournament for St. Judes. This will both help get our name out there in the community as well as we are giving away free coins to all who attend! It's been locally promoted but this pilot program is to see how well we can do.
I'll post details on how it went on Sunday!

So let's recap what the team all has in the works:
Updated Wallet with eventual blockchain explorer integration. We want to make it as pretty and functional as the SilkCoin wallet!

UniversityCard program where our holders can get into a beta program to test out the new NFC capable cards to work with.....

The Android wallet! We will be working on an android wallet to work in unison with the UniversityCard program to make transactions on campuses and around towns super slick for UVC holders.

In July we will also be hosting a UVC Craft Beer Meetup, this will allow for the spread of UVC to other campuses and give our Dev team a chance to meet prospective new campus representatives.

I see nothing new in the latest wallet. Dev had been taking 2 weeks to come up with this update.

things need time ... and most new and not 10+ years devs make the mistake of setting to early releasedates.

And i dunno if the dev can work fulltime on the code ... so 8h sleep and 8h work makes  ~4-6 hours of coding possible and thats without social life.


An other way to handle the communication of progress is to be more frequently in workstep updates and that includes problems and rollbacks improvements and bugs ...

Software developement can be very frustrating ... if u want epic read about the heartblead story of openssl ...


Well a daily short update as a kind of diary cant hurt ...


This coin has imho a moon boom fimeframe aka real saturated value development cycle of at least 2 years till peak value ... IF successful in beeing useful to students ... so be patient ...

Like the guys who keept BTC post the 30$ hype crash ... look at them now ...
