Some coins get it right though, some post the actual real block time. Also, if so confusing why post it then? why not post the actual block time? You have to admit there is quite a few blocks solved in a short period of time. I can see why people think its insta mined.

Wouldn't the point of launching a new coin be to avoid the shortcomings of other coins and deliver a superior product. Pointing to other coins and saying "they were instamined too" is hardly a way to make your coin stand out in a sea of shitcoins. That's low difficulty with a lot of hashing power. Multi-pools do this all the time. They jump on a coin, hit it hard and when the difficulty increases they move to another coin.

DarkCoin has many innovations that no coins before it offered, including the x11 algorithm which you've cloned and was created by a real development team.
