Just for you Vann because clearly you can't understand why there was so many blocks available when first launched.

Nothing you have said from that joke of an announcement forward has anything even resembling a factual statement and is nothing but a lie after lie to try cover up the fact that you don't even have a clue or interest in knowing what a credible crypto currency is about. The only reason the diff retarget was not working and you were able to instamine thousands of blocks within the first 30 minutes of launch is because that is EXACTLY what you intended to happen. There is no massive advertising or viral campaign, your shitcoin is a 100% instamine scam and you are nothing but an amateur con artist. You keep talking about an alternate world beyond this forum where supposedly facts and credibility don't matter, I suggest you go there to pump your shitcoin because most people here know better.

The problem for you and your shitcoin is that the block explorer doesn't show what you are trying to represent using graphs to cover up the FACT that your coin is nothing but a 100% insta-mine SCAM

Litecoin had about 600 BLOCKS mined within the first 30 minutes = ~1 block every 3 seconds during the first 30 minutes

http://explorer.litecoin.net/chain/Litecoin?count=700&hi=700

Vertcoin had about 560 blocks mined in the first 30 minutes = ~1 block every 3.2 seconds during the first 30 minutes

http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/VertCoin?count=600&hi=600

Darkcoin had about 800 blocks mined within the first 30 minutes = ~1 block every 2.25 seconds during the first 30 minutes

http://explorer.darkcoin.io/chain/DarkCoin?hi=819&count=800

Those coins all had within 250 blocks, approximately the same number of blocks mined within 30 minutes of their launch, which is a function of the low starting diff causing blocks to be generated at a much higher number. The further you go from there you will see the block genration continuously progresses at a slower rate until reaching the target average block time for each coin.

I couldn't find a block explorer for your shitcoin but what I do know from the launch is there were HUNDREDS of blocks generated EVERY MINUTE, which again is a cause of the artificially low difficulty you caused by a implementing a non-working diff retartget. Your shitcoin was launched at 5:53 EST and this timestamp from the debug console shows approximately 3800 blocks were mined in the first 30 minutes =  more than 2 BLOCKS PER SECOND and again shows exactly what this coin is really about.

Trying to use graphs from other legitimate coins with real innovation and development, rather than just a simple shitclone such as yours, to falsely claim they add credibility to your shitcoin only shows how much of an amateur and clueless you really are. Anyone supporting this dumbing down of crypto for their own personal benefit is simply a con artist looking for bigger fools.

Obviously, they won't be. But, a first step into the crypto world could be solo mining on your PC, which is why we chose x11.

You chose x11 because you thought it was a good algo for solo PC mining? x11 is dominated by GPU's. Unless you can find a way to level the playing field CPU v. GPU all your crypto noobs will mine endlessly for nothing. That is sure to excite them about crypto.

It's really, really, really simple! It's about the number of coins that go into circulation.

Check out this graph.

In a 12 hour period the number of coins in circulation went from almost none to almost 450,000!

Similar with Vertcoin, Darkcoin and numerous other coins!!!!

Your comments are not based on any real data! The block explorer will be up tomorrow, then do some proper research!

Just for you Vann because clearly you can't understand why there was so many blocks available when first launched.

So you want to talk about intamines of "legitimate" coins:

http://chainz.cryptoid.info/drk/

Available Supply: 4,319,355 DRK

1,993,604.0 DRK was INSTAMINED in 1 day 8h 50m 00s = ~46% do you know why developer working so hard now? Roll Eyes

Oh wait not 1.993.604 it's 2.250.500 in 1 day 8h 50m 00s = ~52%

I've been mining for more than an hour at 2.5MH/s and only have 0.78 unconfirmed coins... is this normal??  Seems low to me.  I'm using stratum+tcp://stratum1.suchpool.pw:3345

It seems like it is taking long time to accept new threads... mining DRK seems to accept threads much faster versus CYC... maybe it is suchpool?

Any recommendations?

I don't need the block explorer to verify what I already know to be the case. Your shitcoin coingen in less than the first 24 hours, will have instamined well over 50% and likely more than 75% of the current number of coins in circulation. Which is exactly what an insta-mined shitcoin SCAM does. Since your coin is nothing but a clone with no plans for development, your only goal is to the coin listed and dump the piles of instamined coins to anyone stupid enough to believe in this crap. No matter how you try to create ambiguity using coins that have NOTHING to do with yours, the facts speak for themselves. When a coin has an artificial diff of 0.06 with a net hash of 200 GH/s 30 minutes after launch as this timestamp shows, there is no doubt what the coin is about.

Code:
18:25:17

{
"blocks" : 3819,
"currentblocksize" : 1000,
"currentblocktx" : 0,
"difficulty" : 0.06250000,
"errors" : "",
"generate" : false,
"genproclimit" : -1,
"hashespersec" : 0,
"networkhashps" : 210540825,
"pooledtx" : 0,
"testnet" : false
}

Out of the 100+ coin launches I have been at, I can honestly say this shitcoin is by far the biggest insta-mine scam I have ever witnessed and almost 3x bigger than the previous insta-mine scam I called out:

HiroCoin had over 1500 blocks mined within the first 30 minutes = ~1 block every 1.2 seconds during the first 30 minutes

https://explorer.hirocoin.org/chain/Hirocoin?hi=1500&count=1500

As in that case any many others, there is little doubt what will happen to anyone foolish enough to support this joke of a 'dev' and crypto currency, which will soon be more and more clear to everyone.

As the wallet image I posted shows, with the multiple blocks being generated per second by the artificially low diff, the only thing generated were orphans. The only one that had a chance of solving blocks that are generated that quick would be a rig with a very low latency close to the main node. It would not surprise me in the least if it turns out the 'dev' simply insta-mined all those blocks using a LAN computer next to the source.

I don't think so ,because at the time of launch mine-coin.de remain mining about 30-40% losts with. So I think that is the reason solo miner to get most of the orphans. Correct me If I'm not right Smiley

Just a small demonstration on the futility of trying to CPU mine CYC with external cpu miner at a pool. 30 minutes and ZERO accepted shares. Solo cpu miners will never hit a block. You cant even get a share accepted at a pool. You can try to implement pooled mining from the wallet, but really you would just be wasting your time......

Code:
[2014-05-23 16:10:14] Starting Stratum on stratum+tcp://cyc.suprnova.cc:6688
[2014-05-23 16:10:14] Binding thread 0 to cpu 0

[2014-05-23 16:10:14] 4 miner threads started, using 'X11' algorithm.
[2014-05-23 16:10:14] Binding thread 2 to cpu 2
[2014-05-23 16:10:14] Binding thread 3 to cpu 3

Just a small demonstration on the futility of trying to CPU mine CYC with external cpu miner at a pool. 30 minutes and ZERO accepted shares. Solo cpu miners will never hit a block. You cant even get a share accepted at a pool. You can try to implement pooled mining from the wallet, but really you would just be wasting your time......

It's useless to mine CYC with CPU, unless you have a botnet.

I am well aware of that fact. The Dev seems to think that people will be able to SOLO CPU mine CYC with the wallet. I was simply pointing out the futility of that thought.

For an experienced miner, absolutely! But you gave us a great idea. We can build in another option: CPU pool mining - totally automated! Let us work on this idea.
