you can apply online, no need to go to a bank, no credit check - anybody can apply for
the card (all countries) - It takes about 2 weeks to get the card.
No fees to use the card - just ATM fee is 3%. Card is good for 3 years.

go to the western union agent and he send the bank wire for you if you dont have
a bank account or dont want to use it. Also you can use the card to cash out your
Bitcoins to the cards own bank account.

Then you withdraw it under some other name in some other geography etc. I believe that's why OP has a fees because someone who is looking to do ML etc will be willing to pay this price.

the card and their shipping address if this one is different to the other given address.
So far these cards are used by private persons for travel and businesses who want to receive
money to the bank account without going to the bank and doing an application. Also the card
has no fees, beside the 3% ATM fee.
Its a great product, very popular and not on the market for fraud or money laundering - as the
bank will quickly shut down this bank account which is attached to the card if any suspicious
activities are registered.

Yes, I know what you are talking about - the situation is not the best right now with those
polish banks. Nobody know exactly why and when cards are getting blocked. Some clients
have no problems at all and some say cards got blocked.
High limit cards are not effected by those troubles and if someone is looking to get
anonymous cards - I think BZ Wbk bank is the better choice.
Lets hope for the best that the whole situation cools down and operation gets back
to normal with all those polish banks.

Those cards are issued in Europe, not in the USA.
They do have IBAN and BIC which is similar to ACH (routing and account number)

3. If people like YOU post direct links of cards very obvious and easy to

These are NOT payroll cards - also I dont have any employees.
Also I DONT have full control over these cards.

First of all - the escrow service (http://www.btcraven.com/) is very reputable and if you like you can use it - if there is need.
Have used it already a couple of times with low fees.

Second - of course I have to ask my client to release the Bitcoins as he got the package and is happy with it, but
for some reason has not released the Bitcoins  yet - and I am waiting to get payed for my service.

yes you can use this card with BTC. You can use at the ATM too - worldwide and it supportes all
currenies but currency on card is polish. You can see the balance online.
You can not transfer money from one card to another.

Can I top up this card from Payoneer for example? Payoneer says I can send money to any account as long as it's registered for my name and I'm the owner or co owner. If this card have IBAN (so it must have some type of account) number it should be possible I guess?
